La camera assegnata, definita “classica” ma probabilmente basic è più corretto, non è stata di mio gusto perché piccola, rumorosa, con mobilio e serramenti vecchi e malridotti. Quando ho fatto presente la cosa - in effetti non subito - una impiegata ha cercato di scaricare sul cliente la responsabilità dicendo che avrei dovuto dirlo prima, dimostrando poca professionalità per tacere della poca empatia. Dopo aver parlato con il Direttore, persona educata e gentile, ci è stata assegnata una stanza della stessa categoria ma 3 piani più in alto. Comunque rumorosa ma ho apprezzato il gesto. Hall molto ben tenuta. Ottima la colazione. Il personale addetto alla colazione si è dimostrato premuroso e professionale.

Buen precio, muy buen desayuno y cómoda ubicación

Al momento de reservar dice “estacionamiento con valet parking gratis”, la verdad que así Se entiende que cuenta con estacionamiento Gratuito y Valet parking. Debería poner únicamente bien valet parking gratis ya que el estacionamiento es con tarifa de 250 el día. Fuera de eso el resto excelente.

el hotel excelente, el trato de los empleados mas que excelente, limpieza muy buena, cafeteria excelente, el desayuno exquisito, abundante , me encanta el trato cordial, y este era super, me senti mimada y como si me conocieran de siempre. me recomendaron lugares para comer , para visitar, obra de teatro, etc,. etc. la gente hace los hoteles y en este caso, puede tener todo muy bien pero el servicio, era excelente. me senti feliz!!!!

Hotel limpio, comodo y muy bien atendido!

Excelente atención de parte del personal, siempre dispuestos. Habitaciones q denotan los años del hotel pero están en general bien mantenidas. Buena limpieza, sobre todo en el área de desayuno.
