Each side of the duplex includes a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials!



The Space:

The entire duplex comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, featuring:

- 2 king bedrooms and ensuite baths (1 each side)

- 2 additional bedrooms, each with 2 queen beds & separate bath (1 each side)

- Two separate living areas with comfortable seating, Smart TVs, and coastal décor

- Two fully equipped kitchens with modern appliances, dishware, and cooking essentials

- Two in-unit washer & dryers for added convenience



Enjoy the yard by taking a swim in the 5' deep pool, grilling in the cabana, or spotting marine life in the canal!



Kitchen Notes: Each unit includes a fridge, stove & oven, dishwasher, cooking basics, dishware & flatware, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, trash bags, and paper towels.



Parking: The driveways offer covered and uncovered parking, with space for up to four vehicles. No street parking is permitted. Trailer parking is allowed.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to both units in the duplex, each with its own private entrance, and all outdoor amenities.



Access to these single-story units requires 1 step. There are grab rails in the showers.



Note: This property may not be suitable for young children due to the unfenced pool area and on-site canal that flows into the ocean.



Pets are welcome (maximum 1 pet allowed) with a $298 pre-paid pet fee.



The Neighborhood:

Located in Marathon, within the picturesque Florida Keys, the property offers easy access to renowned attractions. Nearby, guests can explore the Dolphin Research Center, Sombrero Beach, and the historic Seven Mile Bridge. The area is also known for its excellent fishing spots and vibrant marine life, so there's snorkel tours and kayaking aplenty. You can also take a day trip to Key West to enjoy their Nature Conservatory and Aquarium, explore Mallory Square and Fort Zachary, or tour the Old Town on the Conch Train.



Getting Around:

For reaching and navigating Duck Key, a personal vehicle is recommended due to limited public transportation options. The nearest major airports are Key West International Airport (~60 miles south) and Miami International Airport (~100 miles north). From Miami, driving to Duck Key takes roughly 2 hours. Shuttle services, such as Keys Shuttle, offer transportation between these airports and the Florida Keys, including Duck Key. However, having a personal vehicle will provide greater flexibility for exploring the area.



Other Things to Note:

Guests will have access to the entire duplex, which consists of two separate, private-entry units. The outdoor amenities, including the pool, tiki hut, and boat dock, are accessible to both sides of the duplex.



This home is considered to be self-catering. We provide complimentary starter items/toiletries; should you need additional supplies, there are local supermarkets nearby.



Interaction with Guests:

Guests will enjoy private access to both units and shared access to the outdoor amenities.



Features keyless entry and contactless check-in.



Your safety matters; the property features three exterior security cameras. One is above the front door facing the entryway and driveway, and two are located on the back roof overlooking the small patios next to the pool. These cameras do not capture any interior spaces. They record audio and video upon motion activation.
