  • Two floors of wraparound balconies means two floors of stunning views from this peaceful condo. And that's just the beginning - guests can enjoy access to a shared pool (visible from the balconies!) and the use of a shared dock all throughout their stay. Inside the condo, guests will unwind in a stylish space cooled by central air conditioning. Amenities include a private washer/dryer and a full kitchen that includes a breakfast bar for casual meals as well as a specific dining area. If someone needs to finish remote work, the downstairs desk workspace will serve their needs for a separate space. Each bedroom is upstairs, so you can enjoy peace and quiet when you decide to turn in. Rest easy inside this classic example of Florida comfort, where the beach is close and the pool is even closer.

Great value for this place!!

Comfortable and clean. Quiet. Ocean at your fingertips. Heated pool. Walking distance to great restaurants. Second time we stayed here. First was Gulfpointe II. Thist time in Gulfpointe I. Will be back.

Marathon Condo

Lovely 2nd floor Condo, nicely furnished, comfy beds, well equip d kitchen. Wonderful heated pool. Friendly neighbors. Unfortunately managed by Vacasa, who should know how to do a better job. Impossible to find from the given address.
