"I had surgery, the elevators were messed up. I needed ice to take care of my knee I was forced to go to each floor the ice machines were broken. I went to the front desk and they made me walk to the end of the hotel to get it from the kitchen. By the time I went to my room my knee was swollen. I decided to check out early and I was not refunded. Worst experience ever!"

"Hallways and many areas dirty. Food is small amount and very expensive. A group of 43 people from New York City arrived at the hotel and inmediately abandoned the hotel and checked in at Rincon of the Seas. Poor hotel. I don't recommend it. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎"
