With 130 m², the apartment features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, accommodating up to six guests. Each bedroom has individual air conditioning and a double bed, while one room offers two single beds and a second bathroom.



The living room is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a smart TV with streaming services, international channels, and air conditioning. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and all modern appliances.



You have access to a shared rooftop area with a large pool open from Easter to November 1st. A mini-market is available on the ground floor. A hospital is less than 100 meters away.



The building has an elevator for step-free access. A private, secure, free parking space with direct access to the apartment is included. Airport or train station shuttle service is available for an extra charge. On request, a baby cot and high chair with cutlery are provided free of charge. Late check-in from 10 p.m. to midnight is available for an extra charge. Beach towels and bed linen are provided. Parties are strictly prohibited. Security cameras and audio recording devices are present in common areas.
