I booked this hotel primarily to attend the Rafa Nadal Tennis Academy, which operates in partnership with the hotel, and I couldn’t have been happier with my experience! The hotel offers an exceptionally high standard of service, excellent facilities, and a fantastic location. Everything is designed to make your stay comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable. I would highly recommend the Rafa Nadal Tennis Academy to any tennis enthusiast, regardless of their level of experience. It is a fantastic opportunity to improve your game while enjoying a truly professional tennis environment. The spa is also outstanding and provides the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day on the tennis court. I would strongly recommend both the hotel and the tennis academy and would happily return! .

This is, without a doubt, one of the best resorts I’ve ever stayed at. The location is incredible, with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea on one side and the mountains on the other. The resort has everything you could want: multiple outdoor pools where you can relax or swim laps, tennis courts, garden/oasis with access to their own beach, which is exceptionally clean. The rooms are very spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the service is excellent. There are several restaurants with a variety of dining options, and breakfast is absolutely delicious. The staff is incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout the entire resort. One thing I especially appreciated as a long-term traveler was the quick laundry service—it makes a big difference when you’ve been on the road for a while. There are also some great restaurants nearby. One I highly recommend is Marendero Christina right on the beach. The facilities, location, service, food, and incredibly welcoming staff make it truly special

Easily one of if not the best resort I’ve stayed in. We traveled as a family of 5, with young children. From the moment we pulled in I realized we were staying in pure luxury - the service was top-tier, the property was spotless, amenities were plenty and we were treated with a warm welcome. We stayed in a two bedroom residence and had our own parking. The pool was beautiful, the seats were clean and service was impeccable. The kids loved the kids club and the kids pool and the waterslides. There was a small playground as well. We also had the opportunity to play at the Rafa Nadal tennis center, which was amazing. We also had some time at Lucia Beach club. The property location was perfect, only a 10-15m drive to Marbella town and Puerto Banus.

Perfect hotel! Enjoyed 7 days in this beautifully renovated hotel with my fiancée, it was absolutely lovely. Very welcoming staff. Breakfast was a highlight, with so many options (+ some gluten free ones which were appreciated as I am celiac). Also many things to do at and close to the hotel, including tennis at Rafa Nadal Tennis Academy. Lovely staff there as well (Maggy :) was amazing), great courts and coaches!

This is not a cheap property however for a larger resort everything was amazing. Room (we upgraded to a one bedroom residence room) , service , food , and amenities were all first rate . There are two beach clubs including the famous Nikki Beach clubs with large pools right on the beach and both are family friendly with great service and food . All round I would highly recommend this property for a high end vacation with lots to do

Resort is an excellent place to enjoy a wonderful holiday in the Costa del Sol. The amenities are amazing, and the staff is equal to the task at every level. The rooms are beautifully decorated as is the lobby and the pool area as well as a beautifully manicured gardens. The main restaurant is called Manero and it appears that it is a separately owned and managed entity from the Don Carlos team. Although beautifully designed, It would’ve been ideal if the Manero establishment provided the same kind of attentive and preferential service to hotel guests as they do to those reserving from outside. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the staff incredibly attentive to our needs. This hotel is by far one of the best, from you get there to when you leave, all staff are absolutely lovely, Daniel, and the rest of the staff, from the reception, to the restaurants, to over all, you have been an amazing team, always smiling and so helpful, I couldn’t ask for a better experience, and I am definitely coming back, is hotel is more than a 5* hotel.
