Fabulous apartment. Very clean and the views were exactly like the pictures. Apartment had all the items you need and was very comfortable. We will be definitely looking to stay here again on our next trip to Marbella.

Great stay in Marbella

This apartment was in a great location and was exactly as described. The only drawback for us was the parking space was very tricky to get in and out of and that created some stress. The view was amazing and it was a short walk to old town and the beachfront promenade. Our family had a great stay.

Idyllic apartment in perfect location

If you are thinking of visiting Marbella and looking for somewhere close to old town with beachfront location then this is the spot for you. Maddi the manager was so helpful and informative! The apartment so nice that the only temptation was not to leave!! Everything is provided for and just like the apartment’s location we can confirm the facilities were excellent and cleaned regularly. We cannot wait to return.

Exceeded expectations

My husband and I were looking for a seaside apartment in Marbella, and this amazing spot exceeded our expectations! From the moment, we got there, we knew we chose the perfect property. It was definitely more space than two people needed, as there were two extra bedrooms, two more bathrooms, but it was perfect! We highly recommend tacos and our family day. Beautiful property.

apartment was great/bright but maybe in need of some minor improvements.located in a quiet building, high on the 6th floor.Main ground floor pool was not open due to building works but seems a bit soulless in any case. Rooftop pool was ok.Location is brilliant with everything in walking distance.

Wonderful view and location

The apartment was clean and spacious and the view from the large patio amazing. The location was also great with many things including the historical area in easy walking distance. We enjoyed our stay. The parking was a bit of a challenge as the space was small and on the bottom floor but we appreciated having parking available. The outside of the building could use some upkeep and renovation but the apartment itself was nice, clean and comfortable. If you want to watch TV, bring something to connect via HDMI cables as the TVs aren't connected to WiFi (but we weren't there to sit inside and watch TV so that was a minor inconvenience). Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay and would recommend it!

Couldn’t have asked for better

My wife and I came to Marbella with two other couples for a wedding. We couldn’t have found a more perfect spot to stay. Great location walking distance to the old town and all the bars and restaurants along the beach front. The apartment itself is lovely. Large balcony, super clean, plenty of space. Next time we are in Marbella we will definitely stay here again.

The flat is located in a very nice area, close to Marbella restaurants but also to the fantastic old town and the beaches. Could not be better! The appartment is very well equipped, kitchen great, easy to cook if you prefer but also available washing machine and dryer. Good size of the different rooms, nice and clean. Great pool on the roof even if we prefered the beach. There is nothing more to wish, we give this our best recomendations. We are for sure coming back!

Pros: We stayed in this lovely apartement two weeks in July this summer. We have been in Marbella several times before, so we knew that this was the very best location. We were a family of four, so the apartment felt very spacious. It was nice and clean with comfortable beds and all the facilities you could need. All rooms were large and the marble floors felt quite nice in the heat at this time of year. So did also the aircondition, which worked perfectly. The apartment has, as we allready mentioned, the very best location in Marbella, it lies next to the beach with stunning views over the ocean and the beach promenade, it´s just a short stroll to the heart of both the new part of town and the very charming old town. You are also just a couple of minutes away from groceries and bakeries, so everything is very easy. A short taxi drive takes you to places like Puerto Banus and other places you might want to visit during your stay. At daytime it was so nice just to relax at the beach next to the apartment or by the pool on the rooftop. At really warm days you could even find some cooling air up there. Marbella has also something to offer for each and everyone. Not far away you could also find different types of watersports. It felt safe staying there, every night after beeing in town, the doorman opened the doors. We really enjoyed our vacation, and hope to stay in the same place next time we go to Marbella.

Location, Location, Location!!!!!

We loved our stay in this very bright apartment. It’s proximity to Marbella’s old town and the long pedestrian walkway along the Mediterranean Sea was, as previously reviewers have noted, the best! The building is old and tired looking from the outside but don’t be fooled because the interior is built using beautiful marble and wood. Both the apartment and common areas are very clean. There is a small garbage closet beside the elevator on the same floor as the apartment to leave rubbish and recyclables which is picked up daily. One underground parking space is included with the rental and like all European parking is tight if your rental is a larger vehicle. We were 2 couples staying here and found it very spacious. The master bedroom had a full en-suite bathroom for one couple leaving the 2nd full bathroom to be used by the second couple. The washer/dryer is housed there. There was a small powder room (toilet & sink) at the entrance way. We found all beds & pillows comfortable. The second couple had snoring issues so were able occupy the second and third bedrooms. I benefited from reading previous reviews stressing how ideal the location is and totally agree. It is so close to all amenities yet feels private when sitting on the expansive balcony overlooking the ocean. A side benefit is the lower portion of the building houses a clinic (OCHOA hospital) which one of us used to get medical care for an eye infection. Make sure to have an English/Spanish translation app.

Building work and poor communication spoilt stay

The location,views and cleanliness were excellent. Air conditioning worked well. We were disappointed though because the last 3 days were spoilt by building work in an adjacent flat.There was drilling so loud we couldn't hear each other speak in the flat or balcony. We had to leave the apartment until the builders went. We sent noise recordings to the managing agents in Marbella who forwarded them to the owner but the noise continued. We had poor communication overall from the agents.They didnt pick up phone caĺls and took up to 12 hours to respond to whats app messages including arrangements for check out and returning keys.The owner ignored our phone calls, email and messages via the VRBO app during our stay and since we came home to ask for a partial refund for 3 of 8 days. These were the same details we used on booking that he responded to but has blanked us since.Had we needed anything in a hurry eg an emergency in the property or being locked out I have no confidence anyone would have responded same day.We couldnt post this review on Holidu who advertise this property on VRBO and who we paid for the stay, despite emailing them twice to try to share our experience with other holidaymakers. Other minor issues considering cost of over 500 euros a night were: Broken cupboard doors in 2 bedrooms, half filled with bedding so we could only use other half and leave doors open. Single unbroken beach chair for use on beach accessed from apartment with 5 guests staying.

Pros: We rented this stunning apartment for a family 60th birthday celebration. We were a group of 6 - my wife and I, our daughter and her husband and our son and girlfriend. And we all loved it, a really memorable occasion that was thoroughly enjoyed by all - our superb accommodation being a key contributor. This is a unique and extremely spacious 3 bedroom apartment with stunning sea views. We had 2 great bathrooms, one en-suite to master plus one guest toilet. It is located just across the promenade from the beach hence has stunning sea and coastal views. We loved the look and feel of the revamped accommodation, especially the large open plan living area with its extremely well equipped kitchen and ample of dining/lounging facilities. All 3 bedrooms are large, again having great sea views. The apartment is fully air-conditioned - probably the quietest we have experienced. And talking of quietness, this apartment is in a very quiet area with no unwelcome noise at any time. Whilst there are convenient ground floor and rooftop pools with sun loungers we spent most of our time on the lovely beach, just a few metres from the apartment - just enjoying the break, sunbathing, swimming, people watching, SUP Boarding etc. Pepe kept us front row beds every day!! And whilst you will find if difficult to get a more suitable apartment in Marbella you would find it even more difficult to get a better location. We fully confirm the owners description, "A minute or two walking distance to everything but still in the more quiet part of the promenade". It is on the beach with loads of cafes and restaurants just along the promenade and it is just a leisurely 5 to 10 minute stroll to shops and to Orange Square in the Old Town with its old character cobbled streets, designer shops and and fabulous restaurants - certainly no car or taxi needed. And finally - what about today's must haves? Yes we had great Wi-Fi for the family I-Pads, their mobiles etc and capping it all is an excellent Sonos System with Spotify, Deezer etc. All in all, we had a very happy and memorable family celebration - largely due to this fabulous apartment - one that we have no hesitation in recommending to all. Skøn lejlighed med dejlig beliggenhed.

Pros: Perfekt placering på stranden (dog lidt dårlig strand med mange sten. Den blev bedre længere indad mod Banus). Dejlig lejlighed til 3 voksne par - der var alt hvad vi skulle bruge. Det bedste ved lejligheden var den skønne store altan med udsigt over havet. Gode senge og puder modsat mange andre steder. Billederne viser den meget godt, dog er den lidt mere slidt end man kan se. Super nemt til den gamle by med små hyggelige butikker og restauranter. Vi var så heldige at have poolen på taget helt for os selv.

Det blev många härliga middagar på balkongen, med havet som utsikt och till vågornas brus. Vi tyckte väldigt mycket om dispositionen av lägenheten där sovrummen var samlad i en korridor och det stora gemensamma utrymmet avskilt i riktning mot havet (resväskor, kaos och klädhögar fick alltså sin egen avdelning :) Närheten till gamla stan och stränder gör stället än mer attraktivt. De båda poolerna var båda toppen och vi använde främst den på taket, skön utsikt och ett givet samlingsställe efter en dag på stranden. Vi hyrde cyklar en vecka för att upptäcka områden en bit bort också, rekommenderas starkt! Priset på lägenheter som är frontad mot havet blir såklart alltid lite dyrare, men det är värt varje krona och mitt tips är att välja att uppleva det här boendet! /Anna

Pros: Wir waren in Marbella vom 4.1. bis 11.1.16. Die Stadt und die Wohnung waren wunderschön. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung auf der Internetseite ist korrekt. Die Wohnung hat eine Superlage mit einem wunderbaren Sicht von der Terrasse und aus dem Wohnzimmer mit einem riesigen Fensterfront. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer war sehr passend für unsere Gruppe aus 5 Erwachsene, einem 12-jährigen Kind und einem Kleinkind. 3 gleich große Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer: ein mit Dusche und Waschmaschine mit Trockner, und andere mit Bad (en Suite). Dazu noch 1 Gäste-WC. Ein Reisebett konnte man uns nicht zur Verfügung stellen. Dazu hat Ryanair das unsere Bett umsonst mitgenommen. Das einzige, was leider nicht gut gelaufen ist, war Parking. Es gibt ein Parking im Untergeschoss des Gebäudes. Leider passte unserer Mietwagen (Citroën Jumpy Minibus) nicht rein wegen der Höhe und Breite. Deswegen mussten wir uns draußen ein Parkplatz suchen, was sehr schwierig war. Unglücklicherweise dazu wurde unseres Auto von einem anderen Wagen gekratzt. Internet in der Wohnung war ausreichend mit einem guten Empfang. Die Kommunikation mit Karen (Wohnungsbesitzerin) und Maddi (Vermittlerin vor Ort) klappte immer wunderbar. Wir würden immer gerne wieder kommen.
