With sleeping for up to 12, three full bedrooms, multiple living spaces across three floors, and a seasonal heated pool steps from your door, this condo gives every guest room to breathe.

THE FIRST FLOOR
The ground level is your entertainment hub. A large Smart TV, foosball table, and wet bar make this the natural gathering spot for the group. The bunk room sleeps four with a queen bed and twin bed — perfect for kids or extra guests. A full pull-out sofa bed (full/double) adds even more sleeping flexibility, and a full bathroom serves this floor. Step outside to the patio with a gas grill for cookouts (patio shares a row with neighboring units).

THE SECOND FLOOR
The main living and dining level features an open layout with a full-size pull-out sofa bed, a fully stocked kitchen, and a half bathroom. The screened-in balcony offers partial Lake Erie views — a great spot for morning coffee or evening wind-down. A dedicated workspace makes this floor equally suited to those mixing work and leisure.

THE THIRD FLOOR
Two private bedroom suites, each with their own en suite full bathroom. Bedroom 2 features a queen bed, Smart TV, and a private balcony. Bedroom 3 offers a queen bed plus a full bed — ideal for families or groups needing flexible sleeping arrangements — with its own en suite full bath.

AMENITIES
The seasonal heated pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day and is a shared association amenity steps from the unit. Additional amenities include washer and dryer in-unit, fast WiFi throughout, Smart TVs on multiple levels, board games for group nights in, and 4 dedicated parking spaces (2 outside your unit, 1 in the garage, 1 outside the garage).

THE AREA
East Harbor State Park is a short drive away and offers one of the best free public beaches on Lake Erie — a 1,500-foot sand beach with calm, protected swimming sheltered by stone breakwaters, picnic areas, hiking trails, and a full-service marina. The Marblehead Lighthouse, the oldest continuously operating lighthouse on the Great Lakes, is just minutes from your door. Lake Erie island ferries to Put-in-Bay and Kelleys Island depart from nearby docks. Cedar Point is 35–40 minutes west. On Catawba Island — just a short drive — you'll find Twin Oast Brewing, a beloved farm brewery set on 60 acres with craft beer, food, and live events, and Gideon Owen Wine Company, a historic winery with European-style cellars and a full restaurant. The African Safari Wildlife Park is also a short drive for families with kids.

GOOD TO KNOW
The condo is fully stocked with kitchen essentials and linens. Please bring your own toiletries and beach towels. The pool is owned and operated by the condo association — we do not control its availability or hours. There is no direct access to Lake Erie from the condo and no access to Baypoint resort amenities — that area is private and separate from this property. One closet in the primary bedroom is marked PRIVATE and reserved for owner storage.

Three-story condo with interior stairs and no elevator — bedrooms are on the first and third floors. Worth knowing if stairs are a concern for anyone in your group.

Seasonal bugs are common in the area especially in May and June. Although we do our best to limit them, it is impossible to ensure that seasonal bugs around Lake Erie won't be present. We recommend keeping exterior lights off as much as possible as they will attract bugs towards doors and windows.
