The 40 m2 structure consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower. It can therefore accommodate up to 3 people. It has private parking in front of the house. One pet is allowed. Additional amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi and TV. The property is located 200 meters from a bus stop and 800 meters from the nearest beach where there is a bar and umbrella rental. Nearby there is a restaurant and a pizzeria. In Zanca there is a food shop while in Marciana Marina there is a supermarket and bike and boat rental. Families with children are welcome. Cot and high chair can be provided upon request. Events are not permitted on this property. A laundry room with two washing machines is available and shared with other guests. There is a charging station for electric cars.
