Great condo. Very clean and well stocked. I appreciated the host’s communication and attention to detail. She went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and provided recommendations for dinner/activities. Lots of beach gear/chairs/towels are available in the unit. Recommend and would stay here again.

Updated condo with great view of the Gulf. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of bath towels. Easy access to tennis and pickle ball. The beach is beautiful but maybe a half mile walk to the water. Owner was very helpful on a few occasions.

Lovely, comfortable condo

Marita is an excellent host. Her check in instructions were very thorough and she contacted us to make sure we were settled. The condo is very comfortable and well appointed, with everything we needed. She sent us restaurant recommendations in advance and made sure we knew she was available for any questions. The view from the condo is wonderful and the beach is great for walking

We just loved our first stay on Marco Island!! The location of this condo is perfect! On the beach with all the needed amenities to enjoy it is wonderful! Pool and all the grounds are clean and beautiful! We were able to walk to so many great restaurants and shops! We were able to make a few wonderful meals in the condo since it was so nicely equipped! Marita the owner took the time to let us know of great restaurants and tours!! Amazing!!!

The owner met us and reviewed the property with us, Marita was a delight! Would definitely rent from her again! The attention to detail was superb! The unit was perfect and had everything that we needed! The website pictures were just as stated! The pool was great and we loved the beautiful beach! The beach cart was great to haul everything provided by the owner chairs, umbrella, cooler and bag with plenty of room for our beach towels provided by owner, book for the day and our lunch. The owner even included a shell bucket! The shells on the beach were plentiful and the shell wash station at the end of the day was so nice! Our weather for the week was perfect, we hated to leave when the week ended, everything was just perfect and just the rest and relaxation that we needed! Will definitely rent from Marita again, she made us feel like family and that we were home! Recommend that you watch the beautiful daily sunset from your balcony either off the master bedroom or living room! Just spectacular! You won’t regret it! The food on the island was wonderful! No complaints!

Great hosts, great condo = great vacation!!!!!

Great location, beautiful view, very pretty, clean and comfortable condo with everything you need. Restaurants, shopping, grocery, pharmacy all very close. Hosts were very accommodating and truly wanted guests to have a wonderful experience and great time. Marita and her husband even played Easter bunny and did an Easter egg hunt for our daughter so when we arrived condo was decorated for Easter and eggs all hid, it was great! Definitely will recommend to family and friends and would love to return. The beach is very large making the walk out to the water a bit of a trek but a very enjoyable walk, we went out every day no problem. Thank you Marita for going out of your way to make sure we had a wonderful week!

Great condo with amazing sunset views!

The condo was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The only con was that we had to leave. The owner was super nice and very responsive. The sunset views are amazing and there is a special tradition in the tower at each sunset that is really cool but I won't ruin it. You'll have to experience it yourself. We enjoyed our view of both the ocean and the lagoon. Lots of birds! The beach is quite a trek, but worth it when you get there. We had an amazing time and would definitely stay again!

Marco Holiday Trip

We absolutely loved staying at this condo on Marco Island. Marita was so sweet and helpful. She even went out of her way to put a Christmas tree in the condo for my kids. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed! Their was kuerig coffee pot, hair dryer, twin air bed, and an updated yet relaxed feel to the condo. We enjoyed the pool and the beach both just steps away. The close location to all the restaurants, shops, and groceries made it very simple to get to where we needed to go. There is also a club where they provide tennis racquets and pickle ball racquets. The club has ping pong, shuffle board, and putting too. We are so glad we chose this condo and plan to return as soon as we can! Thank you Marita for making us feel so comfortable.

Great Condo Unit, Awesome Location

We stayed here in early August 2022. This property is very well maintained, with terrific views of the Gulf and Tigertail Beach. The unit has large rooms - there are 5 of us in our family and there was plenty of space for all of us. The owner was very accommodating, contacting us to ensure we were satisfied and enjoyed our stay. It was apparent the owner took personal pride in the property, something you don't always see. We would definitely stay there again. It made for a really great vacation.

Beautiful view

My husband and I and our adult married children spent the Fourth of July week in this beautiful condo. The location is priceless! The view of Tigertail with the lagoon is just beautiful with the sunsets! There’s laundry facilities on each floor which is helpful. The pool was a lot of fun and Tracey took care of everybody at the pool! Don’t miss out on a great vacation and a great location! The owner was very helpful throughout our visit. I highly recommend this condo.

This vacation was exactly what we wanted, easy. The condo is clean and well appointed. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beach supplies were available and a buggie to pull it all onto the beach. Pool was great. Beds super comfy, I should have looked to see what brand it was so I could buy one. The owner reached out with extra details and was reachable when we needed her, which was only once upon check in because everything was set up perfect. Thanks for sharing your beautiful condo with us. We watched the sunset every night from the balcony.

This was a beautiful property with a helpful and thoughtful owner. The furniture is very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. The views are gorgeous, and is just a 10-minute walk to the ocean. We had a great time here and would definitely return!

Great family vacation

Maritza was wonderful! She surprised us with party plates, table cloth, and a little gift for our 6 year old who was turning 6 while staying. Our family enjoyed staying at this condo. This condo has air conditioning and fans in the bedrooms. It is great for a family with children with kids cups, plates, and toys for beach and sand. Although it doesn’t have laundry in unit the laundry was close by (on each floor). The beach is walkable (although my youngest may have had a piggy back ride our two). There are plenty of shells to be discovered at the beach and we also saw a dolphin swimming near by. The pool was fun as well (only pool noodles are allowed, no balls!). Thanks again for the restaurant and shell tour info!

Beach Family Vacation

Our family vacation here was amazing! Our little girls (1 and 3) loved every minute at the beach and the pool. There is a bit of a walk to the beach, but nothing we couldn't manage daily with the provided beach buggy. The condo is very well equipped and never left us wishing we had something that wasn't readily available. The owner is very nice and even went so far as to call us awhile beforehand to see if there was anything additional we may need at the condo. From that conversation, she had a toddler bed sent to the condo which worked perfectly for our 1 year old. Overall, it's a nice property that provided us a great family vacation!

Relaxing time at Sunset Retreat

We enjoyed a very relaxing time the celebrating first week of my wife's retirement at Sunset Retreat. The owner was so accommodating and helpful. The condo is in great condition, clean and inviting and fully appointed. The sunsets on the Gulf, six mile walks on the beach, the shells and sand dollars and the pool. Very relaxing. Exactly what was needed for the first vacation in over a year. Thank you.
