No Parties or Events
Parties and events are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges.

Cancellations
The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Minimum Booking Age
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

Pet Policy
Pets are allowed provided they are disclosed ahead of time and a pet fee is paid. Please keep dogs leashed in public spaces and clean up after them.

Entry
This is a single-story home with 5 steps to enter.

Security Cameras
There are 3 exterior security cameras facing outward. Camera 1 is by the front door facing the front entry. Camera 2 is on the left side of the home facing the yard and has a flood light. Camera 3 is by the back door facing the back entry and has a flood light. Cameras do not look into interior spaces. They record video and sound when activated by motion.

Trash and Recycling
Mondays and Thursdays are trash days. Please place trash in the green bins, pull bins to the curb by 6 PM the evening prior, and bring bins in by 6 PM on trash day. Thursdays are also recycle and lawn debris day. Use the yellow recycle bin and the blue bin for lawn debris.

Checkout Tasks
Please leave dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it. Leave used towels in the laundry room. Take all trash to the trash bins. If you are checking out on Sunday or Wednesday, please pull the trash bin out to the curb. Turn off all lights and appliances, lock the doors, and raise the A/C temperature to 84 degrees.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver
After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in.
