  • Beautiful one bath one bedroom unit sleeps up to four comfortably. Full kitchen, open floor plan for living and dining area. King bed.
    Lanai that hosts views of the Jolly Bridge and south pool and spa. Great to sit and enjoy sunrises, passing yachts and boats alike!
    Located in the waterfront Riverside Club which boasts two community heated pools, hot tubs, shuffleboard, BBQ area, tennis and pickleball courts.
    Walking distance to many restaurants, shopping, boat/bike rentals, fishing pier, and entertainment venues.
    Includes a designated covered parking spot!
