Turn-key waterfront condominium in secure well kept property with all amenities; swimming pool , jacuzzi, tennis court , restaurant , free wireless internet and cable TV, and steps to the beach. Enjoy your very own Balcony overlooking the Beach with beautiful sunsets every evening! One main bedroom with additional sleeping capacity in living room with a pull out sofa. The exterior storage unit is equipped with all your relaxing and fun beach day necessities; umbrellas, beach chairs, beach caddy, coolers, noodles and blankets.
Unit is on the 9th Floor in the Apollo Building.
THERE IS A $45.00 TOTAL PARKING FEE FOR THE ENTIRE STAY. PAYABLE TO FRONT DESK ON ARRIVAL.

Enjoyed our stay. Mike, the property manager quickly responded to questions. Beautiful view of the gulf and the condo is equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, and a variety of beach toys.

Early May Stay

Great location. Much more reasonable than overpriced hotels with non ocean facing views. Having all of the beach gear was really nice. Reserved covered parking also nice. Sunset Grill on the main level had really good food/drinks/view.

Beautiful view !

This property has a gorgeous view of the ocean and viewing of beautiful sunsets. It is very clean and the building has great amenities. The property manager was excellent- very responsive to all questions.

Very uncomfortable furniture, swivel rocker broken . Couldn’t sit in it, my sister is a small lady

We did enjoy the location . The ocean view was great . The furniture is outdated and uncomfortable. Couldn’t sit in rocker my sister tried and it dips clear to the floor. Needs replacing. . That was my only complaint. Staff on property very friendly and helpful. I will be back next year. .not sure about this unity

Fantastic location on the beach

Great place.

The place was nice and clean. It is a bit dated I felt for the price but it was very well stocked with whatever we needed or wanted beach wise. Best local bar is downstairs so that is really great.

Wonderful Spot to stay!!

If you want a slice of heaven for just 2 people, this is it! My wife and I had a wonderful time on the Island staying here! The unit has it all!! Quiet; beach items; perfect sunsets; pool; bar/restaurant with excellent food; very safe and secure! The communication with Mike was outstanding from beginning to end! Highly suggest this for a beach getaway!! Thanks Mike!!

Great location

Easy beach access, quiet until the construction began, so check on status of this before booking. Very clean, sitting area and balcony were spacious. Left a message with property manager to clean out storage closet, too many beach items, very hard to organize it to fit everything in, but I imagine this has been done.

Positives far outweigh shortcomings

View incredible. Nice beach. Location great. Nice restaurant on premises. The unit is small (not unexpected), great for 2 people, we had 3 adults, a bit crowded. Side chair was very uncomfortable as leans too far forward. Tile is damaged in spots. However, positives far outweigh negatives. Extra refrigerator was very nice. Has a ton of beach toys and very nice beach chairs. It was well stocked. Would stay again.

What an ADVENTURE!

I was here during Hurricane Helene. The owners contacted me right away about moving furniture inside (not a problem). The place is clean, cozy and cute. Kitchen fully loaded and I had lots of pots to fill with water (a hurricane was coming!) The beach theme throughout the place matched my vibe perfectly! Although the furniture upholstery needs a good make over, I loved the rattan! No candles or flashlight so I bought a pack of them for myself. Appreciated the big frig and the extra one outside. Microwave and dishwasher was a great bonus. Get up early if you want shells as the beach is loaded with people looking. Do boat tours to 10K islands! I suggest Treasureseekers. The only suggestion for the place would be to have instructions of where to go and what to do in hurricane or tornado - the siren went off at 2am. and I had no idea where to go. The wind rattled the front door very easily all night and i was afraid it would blow off (and bedroom window) but it all held. The front desk was NO help and told me to fend for myself. They couldn't answer any safety questions and seemed bothered by my ask about good restaurants. Wouldn't return any calls I made when I couldn't find them in the evening at the desk. Besides the snarky front desk, I would definitely stay here again - hurricane or not!

Just book it

The entire experience from booking with Mike to checking out could not have been better. The communication with the owner, Mike, was great. He has this process down to a science! The book in the condo with lists of recommendations for the area was great. The condo was clean and one of the best features was island counter. Others we have stayed in do not have one and this made serving lunch really nice, given the limited space. Although, we did not need to use the beach stuff, I did observe everything one would need if you did not bring your own beach stuff (toys for littles,,towels, chairs, etc.). The property was kept super clean, love the covered parking, and we definitely felt safe with how you have to use your key for all access. Now for the beach. I cannot recommend enough to come here! The view, the calm gulf waters, the cleanliness, and close proximity of the beach were just perfect! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well. Clean and perfect temperatures! Shelling was great! We even found the elusive, right in front of The Apollo in the water about knee deep. The sunsets were also definitely seeing!! As said in the title, Just book it! You won’t regret it. Thank You, Mike, for making this a breeze and for trusting us to stay in your wonderful little slice of paradise!!

View & Location

When we first entered the condo, we noticed that the living room/kitchen was a bit dated, but considering the cost, we weren’t surprised. However, when we opened the patio door covering, we were blown away! It was extraordinary…and the sunrises and sunsets were spectacular! We had everything we needed and the bed was super comfortable. I would gladly choose this condo to call home the next time we visit Marco Island.

What a great location this place is! Perfect for a couple or two gal pals! Just the right size. The beach is pristine and the sunsets memorable! Though we did not use the onsite restaurant and bar, it was nice to know it was there.The location is great if you want to check out the Everglades! Overall the host was great and the fact Oscar the front desk very friendly.

Amazing View

Location of the condo and facilities in the building are excellent. The bed is very comfortable but the couch and matching chair are older and could use replacement. Communication with the property manager/owner was easy and he was extremely helpful.
