Otel konum itibari ile çok güzel ; biz standart oda da kaldık odamız çok güzeldi . Birhat bey çok ilgiliydi ve her konuda çok yardımcı oldu bize . Yürüyerek her yere rahatlıkla gidebilirsiniz ayrıca tur konusunda otel yardımcı oluyor tavsiye ederim. Kahvaltısı bence zengindi doyurucu akşam restoran da yemek yedik pizzası çok güzeldi. Mardin in en iyi butik oteli

Otel temiz, konforlu ve rahattı.Mimarisi de Mardin in dokusunu yasatan bir yapidaydı. Kahvaltı çeşitliliği pek tatmin edici değildi ama ürünler taze ve lezzetliydi. Konum olarak da Mardin Çarşısının göbeğine ulaşma imkanı sunuyor. Otopark konusunda da kısıtlı yere rağmen cok yardimci oldular. Genel olarak Mardin Çarşı da otopark büyük problem ama otelimizin sayesinde rahat ettik.

Otelimiz en genel olarak memnun kaldık. Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımcı, temizliği gayet iyi. Yastıklar çok sert ve rahatsız. Bir de Mardin'in genelinde olduğu gibi çok merdiven inip çıkmak gerekiyor otele ulaşmak için. Ama tekrar gittiğimizde yine tercih ederiz. Fiyat performans gayet iyi.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Staff is always available whenever you need them. Very spacious and clean room. We even had a small hamam in our room making it very authentic The architecture is very unique to Mardin. The hotel gives a great breakfast included in the price; so many choices and everything fresh and delicious. Just make sure that you can do steps. Because of the location of the hotel the only way to get to it from the main road is to either climb steps or take the longer way walking uphill. The hotel is within walking distance to “old Mardin”, and steps away from nice restaurants. I recommend it highly

İlk otel deneyimimizi böyle güzel bir şekilde geçirdiğimiz için çok mutluyuz. Olumsuz olacak her hangi bir şeye rastlamadık. Oda çok temiz görevliler güler yüzlü ve giriş anından çıkış anına kadar her konuda çok yardımcı oldular. Gezilecek yerlere yürüme mesafesinde olması da ekstra güzel bir durum. Ve son olarak otoparkı olması Mardin için bulunmaz bir avantaj.

Sabah kahvaltısında ekmek yoktu. Ramazan ayı olması gerekçesiyle fırınların geç açıldığını ve temin edemediklerini belirttiler ancak önceki günden tedarik edilmesi gerektiğini belirttik. Duruma bir çözüm getireceklerini söylediler. Umarım bizden sonraki kalacak olan misafirler benzer durumla karşılaşmazlar. Bunun dışında kaldığımız oda ferah ve rahattı. Çalışanlar kibar ve güleryüzlüydüler. Otel çarşıya da oldukça yakındı. Otoparkları olması açısından da memnun kaldık

Konforlu Konaklama

Karşılama ve yönlendirme konusunda puan kırdık. Onun dışında oda düzeni, eşyalar, yatak, banyo ve sıcak su gayet iyiydi ve konforluydu. Restaurant girişi otel içinden olsa daha iyi olabilirdi. 1 gün kaldığımız için çok fazla imkanlarını kullanmadık.
