"Great location separate from the main hotel. We had a room with kitchen. Very convenient for storing our own drinks and food. Reheated some leftovers for breakfast. Nice view of canal. Comfortable bed and great location. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed ourselves very much in Delft. Hotel staff were very polite and helpful. Easy walk from the main train station. We recommend this hotel."

"We only briefly encountered staff. The hotel has three parts so we didn’t really see staff after check in. Breakfast was nice but it was empty so gas were cooked to order and there was no other offerings of hot food. The staff member was delightful. The room was adequate. There was no air con, just a couple of fans. One of the windows was nailed closed and in a very warm room, not great for air circulation. The room was dusty and the paint was flaking off the window frames. The shower curtain was too long so it was easy to trip on while showering. The bathroom products were great, really good quality. The furniture in the room was very dated and we definitely felt like we were in a cheap b&b rather that a BW Hotel. I definitely won’t be returning."
