We contacted the reception at The Quay, and the staff were very understanding and professional. They responded promptly and efficiently, and we greatly appreciated their assistance in rescheduling our booking for two weeks later."

"Everything you need for a one night stopover. You can even get dinner at the attached restaurant without having to step outside! Really nice to have a river view. Bedding is sooo comfy. "

"What I like about it …. It was close to everything it was clean and bed was comfortable. Would be nice if they had ceramic mugs had to go and buy some and cutlery as the wooden ones were useless.But overall it was a lovely stay for 2 nights "
