They are on a busy street, with macho guys making their engines roar (car, moto, name it) any time (evening and night included). Also, bedroom walls and windows are not sound proof, so I heard my neighbor coughing and spitting all nights. Hotel is also in front of a karaoke bar, all windows open.

Sou cliente fiel da rede JR, reservei um quarto triplo e me colocaram num duplo com cama de solteiro, ate ai ok! Mas o ar condicionado estava fzd barulho, o quarto cheirando mofo e tinha mofo na parede das cabeceiras (bem feio) precisando de manutenção urgente. TV antiga sem streamings. O chuveiro nao era dos melhores....Cafe da manha bom - somente opção de cafe coado; limpeza das instalações muito boa.

Propaganda enganosa! Quarto “casal” luxo que descreve ser cama de casal, na verdade são 2 colchões de solteiros unidos por um pillow top. Reservei essa categoria exatamente por ser cama de casal, e não era. Falei com a recepcionista assim que entrei, e ela me disse que precisava de 10 minutos para resolver, e por fim nunca retornou no apartamento. No outro dia de manhã procurei a recepção para resolver, mas segundo ele não tem mais “o que fazer” porque virou o dia e não conseguiria mais fazer o estorno do pagamento. Deixei meus dados para a gerente entrar em contato, mas também não me ligou nem chamou para resolver. Se eu quisesse dormir em colchão de solteiro, tinha pego apartamento de solteiro R$80 mais barato. Primeira visita, não retornarei e indicarei outro hotel.
