"They need to replace housekeeping. Horrible jobs with cleanliness of the rooms I went threw 3 rooms trying to be considerate and all the bed sheets were filthy with stains and hair I was highly disappointed had high hopes since it was close to where I needed to be the next morning and so but it is what it is I’m much happier in a clean and well respected place. Good luck to you if u choose to stay there. They will never see my face again unless maybe under new management. Oh lady behind the counter had very good customer service and was very helpful throughout everything. "

"We arrived and there were 2 police officers outside and the woman across the street was screaming about a restraining order. We didn’t feel safe and left immediately. I communicated this directly to the owner and he said he would contact the police to find out what was going on. I never heard back about this. The listing stated sleeps 5. There was no way 5 people could stay there unless you sleep on the air mattress that was thrown on the floor by the washer- not in any kind of bag. The pull out chairs were filthy. There was strange soundproofing panels on the wall in the bedroom and found out later that someone lives in the back room. I feel that we should have been reimbursed for the total cost based on the circumstances, but we were only reimbursed for half of the cost. I do not recommend you stay here. "

"We stayed for 6 weeks!!!! We loved the cottage! It is well equipped and comfortable. The beds were super comfortable! The hosts were very welcoming and responsive any time we needed anything. The neighborhood is in transition and will be absolutely gorgeous in a few years. We felt very safe! Great location, close to the marina and Farmer's Market!"
