My bride and I stayed here in the spring. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Front desk help was friendly and helpful at getting us into our rooms.

The staff was really nice and bed was comfortable. Sorry to say that was only positive thing. I did not feel safe the key pad was about to fall off the door. The rooms and grounds definitely needs upgraded.

The front desk personal was very friendly. The room was dirty, the sheets had holes in them and the cover had some foreign matter on it, mold around the tub, unpainted doors with dirt on them etc..

Bed bugs and cockroaches

Bedbugs room 208. The staff were so kind, but the two rooms we were offered were awful. 209 had a cockroach on the bed and one bed dirty and slept in. They moved us to 208, and when I woke at 7a, I saw a bedbug on my husbands pillow, I hit it, and it exploded blood. My kids' bed was also infested. I took pictures. I systematically had each person give me their pj's in the bathroom and shower, while I gave clean clothes and we all didn't touch anything and got into the car. I told staff, they gave us large trash bags to put contaminated clothes, the staff were so kind and helpful. I would hope to get a refund, but shady owners make it impossible to ever ever get money back, so buyer beware.

The property itself is very, very old, but you can see they have done a job upgrading - new toilet, new furniture, new spigots, new drapes and shower curtain, comfortable bed linen, led lights that ALL work, good tv and reception, handy location …. The bad??? King sized handicapped bed that is broken, sunk down, like sleeping on a broken box springs. Night manager was willing to swap rooms, for me and stated she knew this bed was sunken in when she rented it to me - but I was weary and already in my pjs when I sat down on it and literally rolled back to the headboard. I could not keep in one spot. Vinyl tab and tile floors keeps the mildew and dirt to a minimum, so that was a plus. I’d stay here again, but definitely not in room 213 until they replace this broken a$$ mattress.

I absolutely HAVE to say.. the rooms were NOT 5 star rooms.. but definitely somewhere clean and safe to sleep for a quick stay.. the ONLY reason this hotel will continue to get my business is the staff just goes above and beyond! The owner of the hotel picked up the phone when I called about my 3pm check in time.. I arrived 6 hours early.. been up all night from work.. just wanted to lay down.. within 30/45 minutes they had my room ready to go for me EARLY was beyond nice about the entire situation. Made sure I had everything I needed and someone is at the desk 24/7.. another thing I noticed upon arrival was a pizza delivery arriving. I watched the pizza guy give the pizza to the owner and the owner immediately went to the laundry area (which just so happened to be next to my room) and that man sat in there and shared that food with his team and made sure everyone ate.. I wish I got his name cause you just don’t see that anymore. I’ll be back!!

We stayed 7 days. No attendant came to our room...did not bring clean towels, or toilet paper. Train tracks in the back of motel, where our room was located....train whistles n middle of night..... garbage bin right outside our room picked up garbage at,4:30 a.m.

Nice clean room with kitchenette, but no cooking utensils. A coffee maker and cup would have been nice. Perfect parking at my door! I checked in last minute with many others and they were still going strong after 10:30pm! Highly recommended
