All exceeded our expectations, great breakfast and restaurants, amazing view and very well kept resort. Beach area had plenty of spots to cover all guests, never felt we needed to rush. Staff were extremely attentive and considerate. The location is much more peaceful and has more scenic views compared to İçmeler and Marmaris. Looking forward to be back, ome of our unforgettable trips.

Overall good hotel with amazing hotel garden like area, the room is well equipped, but in need of refurbishment already - the floor and ceiling covering is partly damaged, the water pressure is way too low. The breakfast has great variety of good quality dishes, but the a-la-carte restaurant at the pool isn’t worth the prices, especially the service isn’t good enough, the staff seems to be newly hired or just not trained enough. The hotel beach is perfect with plenty space and the crew is really kind and helpful.

Nice modern / trendy hotel and lovely pool area with spectacular views. We were greeted at reception by friendly professional staff and offered a welcome drink which was a very nice touch. Breakfast was of good quality with a very decent range of variety. However, dinner at the restaurant was very disappointing - although the starter / meze platter was very nice, our mains arrived midway and spoilt the experience. The waiter offered to take it back and keep it heated - this was not quite the expected service as the hotel appeared to pride itself on high standards with upmarket concept and prices throughout the hotel. The restaurant had a lovely menu but mains were very bland - we had lamb chops and a sea food dish which was tasteless. After paying 6,500tl (£125) inc.a mandatory service charge of 10% - we would have expected a better experience. We had chosen this hotel as it had spa facilities - unfortunately we could only use the sauna as part of a massage or pay 1750tl for 15 mins! (£37). This was shocking - never heard / seen of such thing. Although we had raised our complaints verbally and in writing - it was not acknowledged and no

Das Hotel war sehr schön und der Pool fabelhaft mit der Aussicht! Richtig tolle liegen und Außenbereich um zu entspannen. Der Service war gut, etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit wäre wünschenswert. Die Getränke und Speisens auf sehr lecker. Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr gut. Es gab sehr viel Auswahl und alles sehr lecker. Das einzig negative war der Strand. Leider war uns im Vorfeld nicht bewusst, dass der Strand öffentlich war. Zwar hat man versucht Familien mit Kinder und Hotelgäste zu trennen, dennoch waren viele Kinder da und es war laut. Das ist sehr schade, da das Hotel mit „Adults only 16+“ wirbt. Wir haben dennoch die Zeit sehr genossen und würden das Hotel empfehlen.

Wir waren zum 2. Mal in diesem Hotel und leider hat es extrem abgenommen an Service und Qualität. Das Personal ist nicht mehr so freundlich wie im vergangenen Jahr! Neue Teller bei Frühstück (typische Krankenhausteller und nicht mehr die schönen aus Keramik im Bohemstil) zudem Teller morgens beim Frühstück immer dreckig, man musste saubere Teller suchen. Das Personal ist nicht mehr aufmerksam - man muss um einen sauberen Platz bitten und erst dann wird aufgeräumt. Am Abend, als wir um 23:30 im Hotel ankamen und fragten, ob wir was zu essen bestellen können hieß es nur: Küche zu ab 22:30, aber sie können in der Stadt KOKOREC essen. Sowas geht gar nicht! Absolut schlecht geworden leider, keine Qualität mehr und dreckig. Wir kommen nicht mehr.

Super Hotel, tolles Ambiente mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Das Essen war echt super. Das Frühstück und vorallem das Abendessen war sehr köstlich! Der Strand war traumhaft, sehr sauber und superklar. Die Kieselsteine haben uns persönlich überhaupt nicht gestört. Der burner war aber das riesige Zimmer, welches wir als Upgrade beim Check-In bekommen haben. Mit Abstand das schönste Zimmer, was wir je in einem Hotel hatten. Danke an das gesamte Team für den traumhaften Aufenthalt. Wir werden ganz bestimmt wiederkommen!
