We have stayed twice at this hotel. Both times was fantastic. The hotel staff were absolutely amazing and helpful. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at the on site restaurant. The table had a fantastic view of the back garden and grounds. The pool was very refreshing and large. Our room on the fifth floor was excellent. The room was Comfortable, updated and super clean.

This was one of the best hotels our family has ever stayed at together. The breakfast was amazing, the staff were awesome and friendly, the pool was fantastic and the kids eat free coupons were so helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Our room smelled like auto exhaust. I notified the front desk and we left for dinner so they could fix it. When I came back to the room after dinner I smelled the same odor. Nothing had changed. It was making my family nauseous and we could not stay there. I asked the front desk to provide us a different room but they said they were full. I asked for a refund since we could not stay in that room. Since I got the room (and paid for it) through Expedia, I was told I had to go thru Expedia for a refund. This problem is on the hotel. This problem left my family scrambling to find a different place to stay late at night. I am furious at this outcome and do not plan to stay at another Holiday Inn.

I loved the new furniture, bedding and Dove soap with dispenser set. We liked the ice water with fruit in the stylish lobby. The pool, sauna and hot tub are large and clean. Thank you!

Beds are comfy, pool is large with a large seating area, bar is open until 11. They brought us extra blankets when we asked. No one was rude. This is our go to hotel in Marquette. My family likes it a lot oh did I say the beds are comfy 😊

Check in was rough. After along time in the road, the staff had issues with the credit card device. Once that was sorted…it took 3 returns to the desk to activate the key card. I will not be returning anytime soon and will stay at the Hilton or Marriot properties in Marquette.
