Very clean and nice place. It's basically a Hostel type of stay. Everyone on the same floor shares the bathroom. We were a party of 5 and we all stayed in one big room which had a sink. Staff very polite and helpful. Everything was very nice and clean as I stated before, our bedscwere super comfortable. We were there for 2 nights in late November. I will definitely stay here again!
Great location, hosts & price, would stay here again!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were small but clean, the shower head in our bathroom was not fixed to the wall, we asked for it to be fixed but they never fixed it. The location was excellent. I would stay here again as the staff were great.

It is worth for price, good staff, but poor facilities. If you can afoord, go better place, but only for to sleep for night and then go around not bad. No air conditioning, no private bathroom, no kettle to make tea, no towwl. Only a bare room and bed, but staffwere nice and cool and supportive.
Stayed for 2 nights with my daughter for her 18th birthday trip. Manager was excellent and helped us with good information and was very friendly. Hot water was great. Condition was older but clean and everything worked well!

A great little place - I recommend it …….
Right off the middle of the Medina,good location,linens, bed,shower + toilets all v clean + tidy !
Staff could not have been more helpful and friendly, multilingual.
Don’t let the word hostel put you off - it’s lovely - try get a room on the top floor - light , airy, courtyard open to the sky for air.
The lower floor is darker , beside the entrance so maybe noisier ?
And £20 ish a night is so good . I booked an extra night no hassle .

The staff were very friendly and helpfull..The Hotel is clean and wery near to old city. Many restorants , cafes, markets , activities and buses..
Lovely clean rooms with rooftop terrace. Very safe and in the heart of marrakech near the famous Jma El Fnaa square so no need for buses or taxis to the souks and square
It's a 2 star establishment, clean enough and easy to get to in the Medina. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Beds were comfy although room was cold at night, early in the season so wasn't that warm outside either.
Only issue was that it was fairly noisy, other guests and from outside. No complaints or issues otherwise.

I stayed in a single room with shared bathroom. Very sparse accommodations, but they do have more upscale arrangements. It was very basic and simple. Located near the Plaza of Riad Zitoun with many restaurants and cafe.
Basic rooms but clean and very safe. The property location is convenient for exploring the city. The taxi from the airport dropped us off within a five minute walk. We got there very late (after midnight) and the managers were extremely helpful and responsive to calls and texts.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The location is good for walking around the market square and accessing restaurants. There is no A/C and noise travels as though it is in your room. The property needs maintenance; you have to hold the shower head as the fixture is broken, door handles are falling off. There was one plug in the room but so far from anything your phone just dangled while charging. Often no toilet paper available; no clean towels.

Basic but Good Value Accomodation
It is important to realise that this hotel offers basic but good value accommodation right in the heart of the Medina. It is more like a hostel than a hotel so if you book knowing that you won’t be disappointed.
Rooms are small, basic but perfectly adequate for what you need.
I stayed here on two occasions, once in a room with a private bathroom and once in a room with shared bathroom.
You cannot beat the location, right in the heart of the medina just off one of the main souk streets. The WiFi was good although be aware it may not stretch to all of the rooms. It has a nice roof terrace with good views across to the main Mosque.
The staff were fantastic, really helpful, and nothing was too much hassle for them.
I had already booked my trips prior to arrival but if you haven’t they will be able to help you find good trips at a good rate. At the same time as I had already booked mine they didn’t try and push tours on me at all.
One improvement I would make is in relation to the private room I stayed in I would recommend they look to reseal the electric sockets into the wall as that was a bit off putting.
Overall though a great budget option for people staying in Marrakech and I would definitely stay here again.
From the moment we arrived we were happily greeted by the staff member at the bureau, he shook my hand wished us Good Morning and took our details with a smile on his face. He then showed us to our room and made sure we had access to the WiFi, he then told us where all the facilities were and how to access the roof terrace.
The room itself is what you get. I paid £11 a night for this accommodation. The room shows its age, the bed is a bit hard and there is only one plug socket. I paid £11 a night for this room and it was purely a base for our stay here in Marrakesh and for that it was brilliant.
Noise carries through the building, and it seems to be a favourite for backpackers and those also looking for a cheap stay for a night or two, so do bare in mind that you can hear every conversation going on outside in the foyer and there was also a dawn’s chorus of nesting birds every morning up on the rooftop terrace - which I didn’t mind.
Upon leaving our stay here at Hotel Aday, again the staff couldn’t be more helpful. Making us aware of the late check out time, calling a taxi for us to the airport which was a fixed price of 100 MAD. The staff member who checked us out even took us out to meet the driver!
Overall, great stay at this Riad. Some fixtures could do with updating and one of the toilet doors doesn’t fully lock but again - £11 a night!
Honestly would book again if I was passing through Marrakesh!
Staff absolutely incredible English not too great but try everything to help guests. This is my third stay and never disappointed.
I'm returning pretty soon simply because I'm extremely happy. The cleanliness is absolutely incredible the cleaning lady doing an excellent job. She never stops deep cleaning.
Im happy to return hotel Aday for the forth time any time in the future.
