My first stay at Pestana CR7 left a fantastic impression. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the location couldn’t be better. What truly stood out, though, was the staff. Every single person—from the doorman to the restaurant team—was genuinely friendly and welcoming. They greet you with a smile every time, and it creates such a positive atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and I want to highlight Reda, one of the waiters. He was incredibly professional, warm, and clearly passionate about what he does. His service elevated the whole experience. Another moment that really touched me was seeing Reda help an elderly man with a disability stand up from his seat. He did it with such care, patience, and respect, making sure the gentleman was steady before letting go. It was a small gesture, but it spoke volumes about the heart and culture of this hotel. Overall, I’m just happy I stayed here and witnessed this level of kindness and professionalism.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Upon request the staff changed our rooms to a quieter area. Rooms are spacious. Bedding is good. The hotel is hanging on to its “modern” past but now needs to update. Breakfast was good. Nice upscale area and plenty of places to shop and eat, Good place

Loved our stay here. Great breakfast and pool area. Excellent service as well. Only downside was that our WiFi was a little slow in our room at times. But nothing else negative to say. Spacious rooms, great food and great service!

The property is located in a city center area, where there are tons of shops, stores. Restaurants literally in walling distance from this property. Perfect locatoon for solo travelers . The hotel is brand new, very modern decor. The price point wasn't to pricey either. Essilu acess to your uber and taxi stands

Amazing Experience at CR7 Hotel Marrakech! Our stay at CR7 Hotel Marrakech was truly exceptional! The hotel itself is beautiful, but what made our experience unforgettable was the incredible staff. A special thank you to Kenza, Ismail, and Chakir — their friendliness, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel so well taken care of. They went above and beyond every single day, and their warmth really made a difference. You can feel the authenticity in the service here — it’s not just a job for them, it’s true hospitality. We can’t recommend this place enough and are already looking forward to coming back!

The experience overall was very good. It can reach excellent if few details were taken into consideration. First is the rudeness of the person at the gate, which I think need more training in customer service. Also the location of the restrooms in front of the main elevators in the middle of the lobby is such a terrible idea because the smell hits you as a first experience when you get out of the elevators or when you are in the lobby going towards the elevators. I still rate the overall experience as very good very close to excellent.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly at all times and are a huge credit to the hotel. The building despite being only a few years old is starting to look a little rough around the edges with issues that could easily be fixed with some simple maintenance (eg blocked drains, damp around the edge of the wall adjacent to the shower), the pool area is lovely, but really not big enough to accommodate so many guests, consequently we often failed to find a sun lounger to lie on. The buffet breakfast was good, however the coffee needs a major overhaul (perhaps the machines simply need cleaning?). We ate once in the restaurant and had the worst meal of our holiday: cold tough steak that took a long time to arrive despite only one other table being occupied with guests. If we had only left the hotel on the first night we would have discovered an amazing array of restaurants on our doorstep. The hotel is on M Avenue: it is extremely luxurious and felt very safe. The one major criticism however was the horrendous noise made from the bar on top of the building (owned by another company). At least 4 out of 7 nights it was like sleeping inside a nightclub!! The noise didn't stop until 1am! What a bizarre place to allow a bar with a DJ! Our first room was beneath the DJs booth and despite being moved to the only other available room (2 floors down), we could still hear the music word for word!!

Room was very cold no heating. Evenings were cold. Staff were not very friendly but ok. They helped when asked but no one really came forward to take care of you. Our phone didn’t work in our room so we had to keep asking staff outside the room to help. When we checked in we got an upgrade which was nice.
