We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff were second to none extremely attentive and professional throughout our visit. A special mention to the Manager, Aissian, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. We initially had an issue with the air conditioning in our room and were upgraded to a suite. Although the suite wasn’t quite right for us, Aissian personally stepped in, handled the situation with genuine care, and made sure the matter was fully resolved to our satisfaction. Adam at the Sports Bar was also fantastic, especially impressive as it was only his second day on the job. He was attentive, friendly, and provided excellent service. We also enjoyed the spa facilities, which were absolutely lovely and added to the overall experience. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We will certainly be visiting again!

My first stay at Pestana CR7 left a fantastic impression. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the location couldn’t be better. What truly stood out, though, was the staff. Every single person—from the doorman to the restaurant team—was genuinely friendly and welcoming. They greet you with a smile every time, and it creates such a positive atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and I want to highlight Reda, one of the waiters. He was incredibly professional, warm, and clearly passionate about what he does. His service elevated the whole experience. Another moment that really touched me was seeing Reda help an elderly man with a disability stand up from his seat. He did it with such care, patience, and respect, making sure the gentleman was steady before letting go. It was a small gesture, but it spoke volumes about the heart and culture of this hotel. Overall, I’m just happy I stayed here and witnessed this level of kindness and professionalism.

Room was very cold no heating. Evenings were cold. Staff were not very friendly but ok. They helped when asked but no one really came forward to take care of you. Our phone didn’t work in our room so we had to keep asking staff outside the room to help. When we checked in we got an upgrade which was nice.

Bonjour, Je tiens à exprimer ma profonde déception concernant la qualité du service, et en particulier la négligence de certains membres du personnel. Cela me peine de le dire, car je sais que beaucoup d’entre eux sont souriants et serviables. Cependant, il est regrettable de constater que l’apparence semble jouer un rôle important dans la manière dont les clients sont traités. Certains employés adoptent une attitude presque soumise envers certaines personnes perçues comme « étrangères », tandis que d'autres, pourtant Marocains résidant à l’étranger (MRE), sont parfois traités avec désinvolture, voire déconsidération, simplement parce qu’ils sont discrets et simples dans leur manière d’être. Cette différence de traitement est extrêmement décevante et inacceptable. Par ailleurs, l’état de la salle de sport laisse également à désirer : plusieurs tapis de course ne fonctionnent pas correctement, ce qui est très insatisfaisant. Je tiens malgré tout à remercier chaleureusement Karim et Hamza pour leur bienveillance, leur écoute et leurs excuses suite à l’inconfort que j’ai pu ressentir. Leur professionnalisme mérite d’être souligné.

It was our first time at Morocco and based on the online pictures the Pestana CR7 was not what we thought it was. To start the AC was poorly working in our room and for the most part it smelled like smoke. To add the bathroom door was a clear glass bathroom door giving you no privacy at all. I seriously expected more for the price and for the person who owns it.
