Service at the riad was extremely helpful. They organized an easy pick-up from and to the airport, including someone who helped us with our luggage on the 10 min walk to the riad. They also prepared breakfast for us when we arrived and allowed us to check in early. Highly recommend this riad

Nice location to souks and the Secret Garden. Lyes, the hotel manager was helpful in finding a place we could get laundry done and took care of our clean clothes that were delivered until we made it back to the Riad. He also helped us find a bank.

Great location to souks. Breakfast on rooftop very nice. Hot tub wasn’t operational but we weren’t planning on using it. Lyes the check in manager was helpful to tell us where we could get laundry done and took care of the clean delivered clothes while we were out sightseeing. And the air conditioner was so welcomed!

Great place. Very clean and comfortable. Staff was extremely helpful. About 1 km from the main market square but would definitely recommend. Would strongly suggest that you arrange the airport transfer through the hotel that also includes moving your luggage from the drop off place to the riad. You will not be scammed to pay anything extra

We had an excellent stay at Riad Enchante. The staff were exceptionally professional, courteous, and attentive, providing outstanding service throughout our visit. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced our overall experience. The rooms were very comfortable and kept spotless with daily housekeeping. Each morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast on the rooftop while watching the sunrise and taking in the beautiful views over the city — a truly special experience.The riad is perfectly located in the Medina, just a short walk from many of Marrakech’s main attractions. The staff also assisted us with arranging transfers, which we strongly recommend, as the riad can be somewhat difficult to locate independently. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again!

The entire Riad was spotless. The breakfasts were out of this world. The staff at this Riad went out of their way on a daily basis to see that our every need was met. I can not stress enough just how wonderful the hosts were. Our stay was amazing and when we return we will absolutely stay at this Riad again if it is available. Perfect location close to everything yet very quiet.

We enjoyed the hospitality of the team at Riad Enchante. We scheduled a pick up from the train station upon arrival with a porter guiding us to the Riad within the Medina- thank goodness too many turns then down a secret passage. We also arrange for same assistance for our departure to the airport. The room was Nice, clean with daily housekeeping services and a free breakfast yummy! We also enjoyed a rooftop dinner-Delicious! Kaleet, Bribe & Illyas were very helpful with directions, attention to helping us in any way possible

Wonderful experience staying at this authentic Riad where tradition meets comfort. The rooms and common spaces are very comfortable and nicely decorated. Our stay at Riad Enchanté was absolutely wonderful. The riad was beautiful, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Khalid, Omar, and Esham were incredibly helpful and welcoming, always ensuring we had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious, and the location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk from the souk and key tourist attractions. Highly recommend!
