Hotel bien situé permettant de faire l’essentiel à pied. Établissement vieillissant qui manque d’entretien. Personnel peu accueillant, mais qui reste professionnel. Chambres spacieuses mais bruyantes et très mal insonorisées. Prises descellées, porte de la salle de bains qui ne ferme pas, climatisation hors service (début avril)… Petit déjeuner correct, mais rien d’exceptionnel.

Une semaine a Marrakesh en famille , l’hotel est idealement placé a proximite de tout Les piscines et toboggan sont parfaites Les massages avec Rama aussi merci Peut etre faire mieux sur les repas all in mais sinon ideal pour passer une belle semaine

Fantastic for families and great value for money

Amazing holiday and stay. The hotel is very well located with access (by foot) to Gueliz, Hiverage, Mall, CR7 hotel, bus station, and Jema El Fena only 50 dirham taxi away. The hotel staff were excellent, the food was unique every day and 5*, the rooms were good, the seating area is very good, the spa was good, and the pool, etc was good. Value for money this hotel is a solid 10/10.

The hotel is nice but the rooms need renovation and the Air condition is weak and does not cool the room. The minibar in the room is empty, no complementary coffee, tea or water in the room. The staff is helpful and kind.

Overall it was a good experience. The best thing about the hotel was the staff. From reception, to porters, to cleaners, to restaurant staff, everyone were very nice, polite and helpful. We asked for our rooms to be cleaned a couple of times during our 1 week stay, they only cleaned the floors and basic surface clean of toilet. The shampoo and body wash bottles were empty on our arrival and was never refilled, despite asking a number of times. Bed sheets were tidied up but not changed during our stay. NOT GOOD. The hotel itself is in need of a serious upgrade. The restaurant, same food every morning. Gets boring after a couple of days. They definitely need a different breakfast and dinner menues at least twice a week.

Séjour correct dans l'ensemble mais l'hygiene des toilettes dans l'hall, les piscines (troubles en fin de journée, cheveux qui flottent...) laisse à désirer ! Chambres propres et faites tous les jours. Restaurant correct mais nous sommes avons fini avec une intoxication alimentaire en fin de séjour !!!
