Domaine 3 Riads - luxury guest house

    Welcome to the 3 Riads estate, a haven of peace and an ideal place to relax and share unforgettable moments with family and friends .

    Spread over a 15000m2 park, the estate is composed of 3 RIADS, 2 swimming pools, 3 PATIOS and their fountains, 1 ANDALOUX garden, 1 gym, 1 SPA and 1 HAMMAM .

    You can practice different sports (jogging, football, volleyball, ping pong, petanque, babington ...) or take advantage of the SPA for a massage after a hot HAMMAM .

    Our cooks are experts in traditional Moroccan cuisine and our bartender is able to prepare different original cocktails. Our team can also introduce you to Moroccan cuisine live.

    The estate is composed of 10 double, triple and quadruple suites and our capacity is between 30 and 40 people adults, children and babies. All the bathrooms are private .

    You can enjoy from June an outdoor JACUZZI placed in the middle of rose and lemon trees which will perfume you .

    The estate is located 15 minutes from the airport and less than 15 minutes from the city center of Marrakech .

    You will be in front of the Atlas Mountains and its snow-capped peaks, less than 10 minutes from several renowned golf courses and 30 minutes from the AGAFAY desert .

    The estate and its outbuildings are an ideal place to celebrate your birthday, wedding, organize a TEAM BUILDING, a company seminar or a wellness course .
