"The hotel has a convenient location and its staff provides excellent service. The gym equipment is old and none of the machines and equipment work. Good option in Paulista but a pricey one."

"Being a fourth-time returning guest usually earns you a bit of "VIP" treatment, or at the very least, some basic recognition. To be met with a wall of "no" regarding timing and a management team that seems to be playing hide-and-seek is a major service failure. They have zero flexibility with early check in and late check out."

"I stayed in a room with two single beds. I was given two room keys, but my booking was just for one person. I had a friend coming into my room over two nights, we went to a few bars but he didn’t stay with me. When I checked out I was told that I needed to pay about 50USD extra for having a guest despite the fact that he did not stay, and the room is indeed for two people. The air-conditioning was crappy, the single bed was far too small and uncomfortable. Very average hotel, and a very bad checkout experience, being charged extra money. What a rip off."

"For the past two years, I have been staying at this hotel whenever I travel from New York to São Paulo. I always choose it because of its central location. However, during my last visit on February 8th, 2026, I had a terrible experience. I was given a dirty room with no towels and garbage on the floor. I immediately called the front desk, and they sent a housekeeper, but the one who arrived was rude. I asked to speak with a manager immediately. As a paying customer, I don't want to take a long, expensive flight from New York to SP just to be treated poorly. When the manager arrived, he didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. He did, however, upgrade me to a nicer room, which I appreciated. Still, his attitude made me realize that no one at the hotel truly cares about customer satisfaction. There seem to be many new staff members who lack concern for guests. Therefore, I cannot recommend this hotel."
