The staff were quite nice. The room had a couple issues. The shower head had been replaced, but the coupling did not fit properly into the holder, causing it to fall or to be quite difficult to position towards the person in the shower. The toilet seat and lid were also not secured properly. The bed was quite firm, which is typical of European mattresses, but uncomfortable for me, nonetheless.

Struttura molto carina in posizione strategica con un buon ristorante a disposizione degli ospiti. Camera doppia piccola, ma accogliente. Soggiorno andato bene. Unica nota negativa l' ultima colazione: avvisati la sera prima che in struttura non sarebbe stata fornita la colazione, ma avremmo avuto due voucher per consumarla in un bar (e fin qui tutto bene, ci può stare un disguido...). La mattina dopo arrivati al bar scopriamo che il voucher prevede un caffè ed un prodotto dolce o salato, per una spesa complessiva di 3 euro a persona... Molto molto lontani da una colazione servita in struttura.

Wir waren außerhalb der Saison und mit dem Auto unterwegs. Weil die Unterkunft angegeben hatte, dass kostenlose Parkplätze ohne Service inbegriffen seien hatten wir uns dafür entschieden. Als wir jedoch ankamen sagte man uns es gebe keine verfügbaren Parkplätze vor Ort und wir sollten einen kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz einige Meter entfernt von der Unterkunft nutzen. Das sollte vielleicht in der Beschreibung auch entsprechend angegeben werden. Ansonsten ist das Zimmer sehr schön aber auch mit einigen Mücken (;)) eingerichtet gewesen. Danke

Arredores muito bom e com boas opções para comer. O maior problema é que não tem estacionamento e necessita deixar em um lugar público e pagar 20euros. Se estiver de carro eu pensaria melhor. O quarto tem pernilongo e assim precisa colocar uns vipers para poder dormir e não sei se todos, mas nosso quarto tinha odor que saia do banheiro e assim a porta tinha que estar sempre fechada. O restaurante que seria o ponto alto, só abre se segunda a sexta e assim não pude provar a comida do chef e a adega de vinhos que é fantástica.

Nice room, no wifi, strange parking

Nice looking rooms. Wifi was completely dysfunctional and they don't seem very motivated to fix it as it's been out all week, apparently. A/C wasn't great. Bed was super firm and pillows were poor. Parking requires going to a lot where there's an illegal attendant you have to tell to go away. Overall, this place would be 5 stars if they cared more about their client experience.

We very much enjoyed this lovely boutique hotel. Located one street over from the main historical attractions, shopping and restaurants, it was very central and convenient. Our room was clean, spacious and well furnished, with all the necessary amenities. The decor was wonderfully bright and quirky with a unique and welcoming feel. Communication was excellent, from clear directions for free parking to suggestions for activities in the area. Breakfast was very good, with a wide range of options and first rate coffee. Overall, a great stay.

Loved the lovely lady that checked us in very friendly and professional easy to talk with. The breakfast was incredible! Love the dining area in castle style. Absolutely stunning decor. The room we had was fabulously decorated, quiet, and spacious for us 2 the bed and pillows were very comfortable. I recommend visiting there. I wanted to stay longer! So close to great shopping, sea and restaurants too.

Very friendly amd helpful staff, comfortable room, good shower. In the centre of Marsala so easy to walk around. I was able to park outside the hotel on the street as it is low season. There is a car park nearby but the hotel doesn't have its own parking lot. Would recommend if you are travelling to Marsala.

Comfortable hotel in good position

Comfortable hotel above a restaurant. Rooms clean and decently equipped. Breakfast was ok, a little "cake heavy" but filling. Location is very good for Marsala town centre. Street parking is tight !
