Welcome to your seaside sanctuary! This exquisite 2-bedroom apartment offers a breathtaking view of the sparkling sea just across the street. As the sun rises, step onto the balcony and be mesmerized by the tranquil beauty of the sea, whilst you enjoy a cup of coffee or some crispy bacon and toast.
Whether you're seeking a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or a peaceful retreat, this charming seaside abode promises a memorable stay. Come and savor the simple joys of life by the sea.
The Space
- This is a 2-double bedroom apartment right in front of the seaside in a quiet part of Marsaskala, 5 minutes away from the town centre. The location of the apartment boasts having all amenities within 1 minute walk, including sandy and rocky beaches as well as supermarkets, bus stops and the town centre where you'll find a wide array of restaurants serving all types of local and foreign cuisine.
With this apartment you will enjoy having the following:
► Spacious balcony which comes along with a round table and two outdoor chairs to enjoy the seaview whilst relaxing or eating outside
►2 bedrooms with kingsize beds both with ensuite and large wardrobes
►The main en suite is equipped with a wall hair dryer + magnifying makeup mirror.
► A convertible sofabed as well as an inflatable mattress which can used to host an additional two individuals
►Additional Guest WC in the Open Plan
► TV with surround sound bar
►All the required kitchen ware to cook yourself any type of meal such as pots, pans, frying pans and oven dishes amongst others
►Electric Oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster and coffee machine
►Tea & coffee supplies for your entire stay will also be provided.
► Bed linens, towels, coat and shoe rack
►Water heater, air conditioning and fans
►Washing Machine
►Free Wi-Fi

- Unlike many properties in Malta, we do not charge extra for water or electricity. However, we do ask you to be considerate and switch off lights and air conditioners when you are out. Thanks!
- For extra security and privacy, an anti-door is installed in front of apartment door.
- The apartment caters a fire deterrent equipment including a first aid kit.
- Emergency lights and illuminating exit signs both in the apartment and common areas just outside the apartment are available.

- Marsaskala is a quiet and authentic town with a laid-back atmosphere. Cafes, bars and restaurants are plenty and the harbour area, with its wide promenade, offers a fantastic venue for quiet strolls by the water.
- Tenants within the block are selected and quiet. The area is 100% safe, also at night.
- Kindly note that the apartment is on the 2nd floor without a lift.
Getting Round
- We'll provide you with handy get-around brochures and detailed bus and ferry timetables. For more insider tips, check out our guidebook, where you'll find recommendations for the best restaurants and must-visit spots in Marsaskala.
- The apartment's location is a stone's throw from two fantastic restaurants, a scuba diving outlet, and a nearby bus stop, as well as the town centre.
- To make your transportation as smooth, we recommend downloading the three most popular taxi apps in Malta—Uber, Bolt, and Ecabs—before your trip. An airport transfer to the apartment is roughly 20 Euros one way.
- Alternatively, if you're feeling adventurous, consider getting a car-rental and roam around freely, adding an extra layer of excitement to your exploration of the beautiful south. Finding parking close by, in the vicinity, shouldn't be an issue on most days. There are many car rental companies in Malta, some of which offer pick-up at the Malta International Airport but some also provide a delivery service of the car to any location you prefer. In case you need any assistance with hiring a car, feel free to reach out!
