"THe hotel is very clean and the staff is very nice and helpful. Lots of amenities: we enjoyed the breakfast buffet on the veranda watching the ocean. There was either live music or a live DJ playing at the pool the whole weekend. The pool is larger than it looks in pics and is very nice. Umbrellas and chairs easily accessible on the beach. we were on the 2nd floor, so saying we had an ocean view was a little exaggerated since we couldnt see much over the plants. Also, we were charged $42.40 a day to park & a $55.50 resort fee daily. This ends up being another $100 per day. I think that needs to be emphasized on all publications. If you're selecting a place due to cost, consider another $100 a day! "

"I had a fantastic stay at this property. The space was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a true home away from home. What really impressed me was how well-stocked the property was. The kitchen had everything I needed—from cookware and utensils to spices. It made cooking meals a breeze, and I loved enjoying them in the cozy dining area. The living room was equally inviting, with comfortable seating and tv.The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. The location was perfect—quiet yet close to local restaurants and grocery stores. Overall, this property offers exceptional comfort and convenience. I highly recommend it and can’t wait to return!"

"We had a great time staying at this home. It was situated in the most perfect location, at the very end of the cul de sac. You have 270 pano views if the intracoastal waterways and mangroves. Super private. The pool and lanai were lovely too. Very spacious place! Nicely newly remodeled kitchen. Some of the furniture was a bit miss match, but other than that really enjoyed it. Host super great too."

"Had a few issues with the microwave(broke on the 2nd day there and so did the coffeemaker that were resolved quickly by the property manager. Property manager was very responsive. Plenty of bath and beach towels. Not enough beach chairs. Property sleeps 6 and there were only 3 beach chairs. One of which was a very small, low to ground chair which none of our 60 yr bodies could get out of. Could not use the adult bikes as air was not staying in the tires. There were no designated dressers for clothes, Most had clothes already in them, same for the closets. Def not enough hangers. Pool was lovely. Clean and great temp! Great canal view and very relaxing pool deck. All in all except for these small issues, the place was clean and comfortable and in a wonderful location. We had a great time!"

"Communication before our arrival was good. However, when we got there, the owner mentioned there was a key for the cabinet, but it didn’t work, so we were unable to lock the door, which did not feel safe.Then we went shopping for supplies for that week and settled in that evening. Then things started going bad. The first toilet in the main cabin wouldn't flush, couldn't use it, then the second toilet stopped working, the water was at the rim, my husband spent hours trying to improve it so we could use the bathroom, which we only peed, no #2's at this property!. So we had to leave the property to go find a bathroom, and it was late, and the nearest bathroom was far. Came back, attempted to sleep, then the air conditioner stopped working in the main cabin. It attempted to cycle on and off every few minutes, so we turned it off so it wouldn't burn out, and the cabin became very warm. My husband was up all night trying to fix the toilets. And moldy smells were coming from the AC. The next morning, after not sleeping and having nowhere to use the bathroom, we packed up to get out of there. We contacted the owner to explain the situation and let him know we were relocating. He was initially apologetic and said he would submit a refund, so we thought the matter was resolved. However, he later became defensive and accused us of trying to get out of the rental and said, “Karma is a ...........”"
