"We recently stayed at Hilton Marco Island Beach Resort and Spa for 5 days and overall had a wonderful family vacation. The beach and pool area are absolutely beautiful, and the sunset views were outstanding; definitely the highlight of our stay. There were a few downsides, though. Our room had a musty smell, and one of the doors on the TV stand in front of the mini fridge was broken. The hotel also feels a bit outdated in some areas, especially considering the price point. In addition, the restaurant prices were extremely expensive for what was offered. Even with those issues, my family and I truly enjoyed our time there and made great memories. The location and views make it worth visiting, and we would definitely go back."

"Communication before our arrival was good. However, when we got there, the owner mentioned there was a key for the cabinet, but it didn’t work, so we were unable to lock the door, which did not feel safe.Then we went shopping for supplies for that week and settled in that evening. Then things started going bad. The first toilet in the main cabin wouldn't flush, couldn't use it, then the second toilet stopped working, the water was at the rim, my husband spent hours trying to improve it so we could use the bathroom, which we only peed, no #2's at this property!. So we had to leave the property to go find a bathroom, and it was late, and the nearest bathroom was far. Came back, attempted to sleep, then the air conditioner stopped working in the main cabin. It attempted to cycle on and off every few minutes, so we turned it off so it wouldn't burn out, and the cabin became very warm. My husband was up all night trying to fix the toilets. And moldy smells were coming from the AC. The next morning, after not sleeping and having nowhere to use the bathroom, we packed up to get out of there. We contacted the owner to explain the situation and let him know we were relocating. He was initially apologetic and said he would submit a refund, so we thought the matter was resolved. However, he later became defensive and accused us of trying to get out of the rental and said, “Karma is a ...........”"

"The property was perfect for our stay just prior to Easter. The home is well-appointed with everything you would need. Additionally, the wide, sweeping water views were great for breakfast, dinner, and drinks. Definitely would return!"

"Nice, comfortable condo, great location: quiet spot near Marco and Naples. Nice pool area. Met so many friendly and courteous owners & renters. Unit is older but very clean. Many odd minor issues (multiple burned out light bulbs, no heads up on parking pass, etc.) but nothing major. Owner responsive and helpful."
