"On our arrival we were assigned probably one of the noisiest rooms in the hotel, on the first floor in front of some staff meeting room—I usually attribute this sort of behavior to bigotry of the particular staff member I was dealing with. When I complained a different staff member at the desk gave us a very nice and quiet room. When we were checking out, we noticed a charge from Starbucks on the premises from the morning of our departure. We were told someone must have accidentally gave our room number. Fortunately they agreed to delete the charge for a cup of coffee and a $5 tip! Other than these two annoying incidents our stay was fine."

"We came in for AC/DC Concert Hotel was booked, Our room wasn't ready, which is understandable for the amount of people checking in and I believe they were understaff in the room cleaning dept. Ladies at check in where very pleasant and professional. So I would absolutely stay at this Hotel Again. :)"

"Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again. The hotel itself was very clean, and the rooms were nicely updated, comfortable, and well maintained. Both front desk employees we interacted with at check-in and check-out were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, which made for a great first and last impression. Breakfast was also better than expected, with a good variety of options and everything well stocked. The only reason I’m not giving five stars is because of one experience in the breakfast area. We watched the employee helping with breakfast cut another guest’s bagel, then simply wipe the knife on his shirt before placing it back into the clean utensil bin for other guests to use. That was very unhygienic and concerning to witness. There were also a couple of interactions where he was refilling condiments while guests were trying to use them. Instead of stepping aside or acknowledging people, he would just stand there waiting, making it feel like the guests were in his way. It may have been a language barrier or simply a misunderstanding, but it came across as awkward and not very customer-friendly. Aside from that one employee, our experience was excellent. The cleanliness, updated rooms, helpful front desk staff, and quality breakfast made this an enjoyable stay."
