We hebben eind sept 4 nachten doorgebracht bij Marco en zijn gezin. De B&B ligt naast het huis, een tulli, van de host. De kamers zijn ruim en goed geisoleerd, hebben ondanks dat alsnog airco en verwarming. Alles prima schoon. Badkamer met prima douche , wc, bidet en wastafel. Naast B& B 1 ligt een basketbalveldje. Mooi zwembad en hottub beschikbaar. Locatie ligt rustig, maar als je naar een restaurant of bezienswaardigheid wilt ben je gauw 20 min met de auto op pad. Marco spreekt uitstekend engels, geeft graag advies, en hoort ook graag naar welke restaurants je bent geweest. Het landgoed ligt een stuk van de weg en het is er erg rustig. Veel privacy! Ontbijt is uitstekend en Marco biedt elke ochtend wel iets anders aan: hoe wil je het brood, de eieren, de koffie of thee, vlees, kaas, yoghurt, fruit, etc.

Les chambres et l’ensemble des espaces étaient très propres, vraiment irréprochable. La piscine est très agréable et l’emplacement idéal pour rayonner dans la région. Marco est un hôte très accueillant et serviable, ce qui a rendu notre séjour de 4 nuits vraiment appréciable. Si nous revenons dans la région nous retournerons sans hésiter chez Alvica. C’est un 10/10!

Struttura curata nei dettagli, pulita, camere ben organizzate e accoglienti, relax assicurato, ottima colazione varia e abbondante, meravigliosi la piscina e gli spazi verdi. Personale empatico, professionale e sempre disponibile ad accontentare le richieste del cliente addirittura anticipandole. Sembra di essere a casa per il calore che si percepisce una volta accolti.
