Affordable option to enjoy the beautiful San Marcos river! This is for two people max and four day guests and only available Sunday through Wednesday. Enjoy what it is like having use of a one acre river park! Hang out, fish, swim, cool off in the 72 degree river! Enjoy the amenities of the large one acre! Pickleball court, basketball, grill area, decking, kayaks, plenty of sitting areas. This rental is designed to provide for a couple to enjoy the beautiful property. Remember, this is a RV (an Avion, looks like an Airstream) , it is a huge RV, its 31 feet long, about 8 feet wide, has a full shower (the owner is 6'2" and says its small, but he is able to shower fine), but is a camper and is not a full size apartment/house. We do not allow any other guests for this rental. In most cases you will have the whole property to yourself, but there may be guests in the main house.
