"Front counter staff was amazing, very nice and welcoming. The room was first class. The facility is top notch. Manager stopped by our room and delivered champagne and treats because they heard we just got married, very nice touch. Staff that delivered food later in the evening was also very congratulatory. Overall best experience in Columbus! I would highly recommend Junto Hotel to Friends and Family when they stay in Columbus."

"Room was very clean. Very comfortable beds. Didn't care for the window blinds, felt like you could see into the room at night with the light on. There is a Bob Evans next door. They actually came in and cleaned and changed the beds! "

"The location was increidble--my boyfriend and I were able to walk to all of the Short North main areas. It was our first time visiting Columbus, so this was a great place for us to stay. The place itself was very comfortable and cozy and had all of the amentiites of a hotel, but in a much cuter space. The customer support was also great at the Jungle House. They supported me with some questions I had and were very responsive via text. I'd definitely stay here again. "
