"We absolutely loved our stay and felt so welcome. The location was amazing as so close to the station and shops as well as the lovely canal. The walk to the Medieval City was only 25mins and the hotel was on a quiet street. We were made to feel so at home, with cold water and drinks available at all times. "This property is disgusting. From the moment of checking in, it gave me hostel vibes when the TV remote and 2 towels were handed at the front desk, but it only got worse. Booked prepaid through Expedia but the hotel charged my card again and refused to refund despite proof of payment; staff were dismissive ('I can't believe anyone who walks through this door') and the room smelled like a dirty dog. Would not recommend."

"The room we stayed in was well appointed with a comfortable bed and a powerful air conditioning unit. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful in helping us navigate around. The hotel is in a great spot very close to the citadel, there is also a new laundromat on the same block. We only wish we had allowed ourselves more time here."

"Our short, one night stay was pain free other than the climb to the third floor. The room was clean and well appointed and the air conditioner was functional for the main cabin of room 20. Parking on site for 14 Euro made everything easy!"
