Clean, comfortable room with two double beds for just myself as a solo traveler; a beautiful pool area. Fantastic buffet dinners and breakfasts — these were the real highlight and the big sellers for me!!! Excellent, flavorful, fresh food!

It was a good stay. Comfortable, clean and good fresh food. The only thing they could improve on are plugs/ cellphone charging points in the room.

A real pleasure

Avani Lesotho Hotel and casino was a real pleasure during my week long stay. The restaurant never ceased to dissapoint with a superb buffet each evening and wonderful and changing variety for breakfast. Thanks to all the restaurant team, front desk and chambre maids.

Probabably bad timing there were groups of guests who were making unbearable noise and were left to their noise inconviniencing other guests. The dinner buffet was great, breakfast great as well. Sitting area not so great. The rooms are set in more like a hostel feel style. The stuff was cool.

Good food. Good eating options. Good room and bathroom size. However, AC insufficient to cool the room. Also, bathroom door would not close!

Good Hotel with Great Staff

Stayed here on a short 3 day business trip to Lesotho. The staff were excellent. Welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms looked to have been recently updated. It also looked as if the rooms had been recently updated with new floors, paint and lighting. The room furniture was a bit dated and worn and our room looked to have had some water damage as one part of the wall was pealing and cracking. The food in the restaurant was good and the dining room staff was great. We would recommend and stay here again.

I was dismayed at the lack of customer service, especially since I was paying close to 200 bucks a night in Maseru Lesotho.

Mooi hotel. Straalt luxe en comfort uit en is dat ook. Ligt hoog op een heuvel met prachtig uitzicht. Bedden zijn heerlijk en badkamer is heel netjes. Hotel is wel iets verouderd maar zeker prettig om te verblijven. Ontbijtbuffet was prima, genoeg keuze. Lunchen en dineren ook lekker! Prettig verblijf geweest.

Yleispuitteet jees. Täydellinen joustamattomuus huoneen luovutuksessa ilman mitään perusteluja tai pyyntöä lisämaksusta. Täysin poikkeuksellista. Sanon tämän 165 maata matkustaneena ja tänä vuonna yksin Afrikassa 27 maassa käyneenä.

Convenient location for business travellers

Initially there was a bit of a challenge as the aircons were not working and there was no hair dryers but once we enquired - we were moved to different rooms and were told that we needed to ask for the hair dryers on arrival - the turnaround time to resolve the query was excellent. The staff were both friendly and helpful.

Avani Maseru Get away

The beds were not comfortable for me, the buffet dinner was limiting yet expensive and the breakfast was not interesting and very limiting. The website pictures are different to the actual room when you get to the hotel.
