We are from the United States and everything at this camp was great. The four hour tour in the truck of Wadi Rum was outstanding and particularly great was the Kamel tour we took at sunrise in the morning what a blessing. All five of us had our own camels and there were three baby camels along in our caravan and we just loved it. Food was also very good and the people were very friendly. A beautiful location overlooking the Liwa Desert. We had a deluxe garden view where we could watch the sunset disappearing over the sand dunes.The room was large and spacious with a traditional Arabic feel. An overall wonderful experience.

Amazing stay. The only down side is the distance from everything since it is located at the end of the palm.

Absolutely loved our time at the Mona A Salam. The breakfast and dinner buffets are other worldly. The bed was spacious and comfortable, even the sofa bed. The pool area was extremely relaxing, Wild Wadi was super fun and the service was too notch. We splurged in the meet and greet/airport transfer service which was divine. All and all a luxurious time.

I have zero complaints. I am extremely picky but there is not a single thing I did not like. This hotel is really so good for the value. Recommend 10/10

The hotel setting is beautiful and serene with the 3 km river running through it, pool, kids play, waterpark and private beach. We had 2 adjoining rooms overlooking the river and the rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. The hotel staff were very pleasant and gave us a warm welcome. They also took care of any bookings we needed like transportation and activities. There are a lot of good restaurants and food was excellent especially at the Al Alhambra. We would definitely stay there...

This is a great hotel, which is only a 15 minute walk from the Dubai Mall. Everything about my room was great; very comfortable bed, spacious room, lots of storage, and a large shower. The staff are excellent and willing to answer any question. The food in the restaurant is also excellent. I will be staying here again on my next trip to Dubai.

Everything was excellent from start to finish. From the warm welcome at reception to the outstanding hospitality, spotless rooms, and the professionalism and kindness of the entire team, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and attentive to every detail. I would like to sincerely thank everyone for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. Truly a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel!
