The service was quite disappointing. Despite staff being available at the front desk, we often had to approach them ourselves to receive any assistance, which felt inattentive and unprofessional. Unfortunately, this lack of hospitality extended beyond just us—there were instances where staff were noticeably rude toward elderly guests, which was especially concerning to witness.
The air conditioning also needs improvement, as the room became uncomfortably warm at night, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. On a positive note, the airport shuttle was convenient and easy to use, which is a definite plus for travelers needing quick access to the airport.
Overall, while the hotel has potential due to its clean and spacious rooms and practical location, the service and comfort issues need to be addressed to meet basic expectations."
