Excelĺent front-of-house staff. Very helpful people. Hotel well- situated between the bus and rail stations and the main square. Quiet. Well worth staying here as a tourist base.

A little dated but has a nice glass-enclosed dining area. Breakfast buffet has great variety. I would say it's more of a 3-star than a 4-star hotel but the location is excellent. A 4-star hotel should provide body lotion in the bathroom. The bar of soap was tiny.

I really don’t think this is a four star hotel. They advertise air conditioning but that’s a lie - they refuse to enable it. If it had been any hotter the room would have been unbearable. Big deal breaker. On the positive side - breakfast spread was pretty good - staff were helpful and aided us in setting up a tuk tuk tour - location is great, right next to the Sassi

CUSTO BENEFICIO ADEQUADO

Hotel muito bem localizado - 5 minutos a pe de Sassi e ruas com varias opcoes de bares e restaurantes. Quarto antigo, cama que range ao se mexer, precisa de cuidado com pequenos detalhes, como esse da cama. Cafe da manha excelente. Estacionamento a 18,00 euros a diaria, no sub solo do hotel.
