Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
I had a disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. Upon entering the room, I found hair on the bed, which raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and housekeeping standards. When I brought this to the staff’s attention, they explained that the bedsheets had already been laundered by an outside laundry service, which was not a satisfactory response to my concern. Additionally, I arrived a little earlier than the standard check-in time, but the receptionist did not provide a room even though rooms appeared to be available. I was told that cleaning would take time, and I had to wait approximately one and a half hours. To make matters worse, the lift was not working, causing further inconvenience. Overall, the cleanliness, check-in experience, and maintenance of basic facilities were disappointing. I expected better hygiene, customer service, and management. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves its housekeeping, guest handling, and maintenance standards.
