The property in a small but green and nice park, which makes all the difference, Going out of the gate and trying to walk is not advisable, but that applies to any place you may stay in Mathura. The hotel manager was exceptionally helpful and organised taxi for our stay as well as itinerary. Food served for dinner was very tasty and the chef is good indeed. The place is recommended if you are planning on visiting Mathura.
Convenient location to the temple. The property does not have an elevator, it’s old and in need of maintenance. Food was ok but limited. A lot of items on the menu was not available.
Worst Property- Wasted my money because of expedia. Totally Cheated me!

New looking and clean property, old fashioned but had everything we needed. Good hot water. Poor room key security because the key can open other room doors too!
I paid Rs 5255.55 for a one single beded room with extra bed.it was a disaster to book with hotels.com.The site page was absurd it mentioned Deluxe room single bed, where as the rooms facility mentioned was double bed.
It was a 3*6 bed, 2 inches floor mattress.
Billing on part of taxes is also not clear on this site .It charged me as fees and taxes .
The staff were superb, the room and hotel were beautifully clean and dinner in the hotel restaurant was excellent. Overall tremendous value for money in a hotel far above usual Indian standards.

A nice hotel with an extremely dirty pool
A one night stay in Mathura, and the only reason to choose this hotel was the highly advertised pool area.
Positive things:
* we got our room 2 hours before the official check-in time
* the food in the restaurant was very good and they had licenses
* the room was very nice, spacious and everything was working well
* the hotel is surrounded by a nice garden, and the hotel area is quiet and calm
Negative:
* the pool was in such a bad condition, that we could not even dip our toes in the water (a lot of carbage, tree leaves but also the water looked very dirty and "thick" - we could only imagine what the bacteria level might be)
* many of the things mentioned on the hotel's own website are not quite true (e.g. there is no pool bar by the pool)
If you are comfortable with a nice and clean and quiet hotel, go there. If you value the pool as much as we do, don't go without calling there first and asking them, if they want to solve the problem before your arrival.

Good hotel in Mathura
Nice clean hotel in Mathura, our stay was comfortable.
Great 2 night stay. The cutest Saint Bernard puppy to play with. Bit disappointed that it wasn't warm toeenjoy the pool. Only 2 complaints, the smelly tap water and not being able to use credit card lucky i had cash.
Very bad room for the price i paid, room was small, bed was even smaller and not even enough for one person, no hot water in showers when i asked hotel management they said that there is hot water but in fact there was'nt. No guest care was taken. all in all one should not stay in the hotel not even for a single night. I will never recommend any 1 to stay there.
Radha Ashok is probably the best hotel in Mathura, India. We had a look at other properties and rejected them for a number of reasons. The hotel location with manicured lawns is situated well away from the noise & dusty roads of Mathura and yet close enough for Hindu religious sites. I was surprised to note alcohol & non vegetarian food being made available at one of the holiest hondu pilgrim sites. This hotel is highly recommended which offers all the amenities of a 4* property.

Nice, simple hotel
This hotel located on the outskirts of Mathura is simple in its facilities offering but all that is offered is done so in a good/excellent manner. Staff are friendly and helpful, the garden and swimming pool areas are great to relax, the restaurant has a decent menu.
Upon checkin, the front desk couldn't use either of my credit cards. At first they said they were no good, but it later turned out their equipment wasn't functioning correctly (server probelm at their end). There is a sign in the bathroom stating the tap water is unsafe to drink, the beds have thin mattresses that are only minimally comfortable, another sign on the bathroom door requested to keep the door shut as mosquitoes come up through the air vent in the toilet. The price I was charged on the pre-paid Expedia deal was only 1,000 rupees less than the magnificent 5 star Lalit hotel I had stayed at in Delhi.
When we reached hotel, we were told that hotel is overbooked. However staff reassured us that they will arrange another hotel and they did in 15 mins. Hotel manager drove with us to a nearby hotel and made sure everything was in order in this new hotel for us. He also apologised for the inconvenience (which is rare in small places in India). I can't review about the hotel itself as we didn't stay in this hotel but I was pleased with the friendliness of the staff and professionalism shown by them.
This is a good, clean hotel that will not "wow" you, but will give you a good night's rest and a decent meal. If you're looking for a reliable, comfortable experience, you will find it here. Beware of hiring taxis through the front desk, though. They become very expensive (My estimate is that I paid double the going rate for a day cab).

Not bad.
I checked into the hotel with a few friends. The hotel staff was pleasant, and very helpful. Rooms were a decent size and large, but seemed a bit dated. It was a decent hotel for a short stay, like a day or two, but I wouldnt want to be hrere much more than that. Nothing wrong with the hotel, but missing out on some comfort or luxury but then again, for someone from NY the price was cheap so did the job of giving me a bed to rest in for one night.
