Great stay / hotel

Pleasant stay, great rooms and great pool. Unfortunately the spa’s were closed 2 of 3 days. My kids missed the full experience with the hot pools, but nevertheless we were satisfied. The hotel itself is amazing.

Fint hotell, men beskrivelsen av rom med fjell utsikt stemmer ikke for rom i 1 og 2 etasje. Det er heller ikke heis til rommene i 1 og 2 etasje. Det er el lader, men ikke noe system pÄ bruk, sÄ den brukes som parkeringsplass, siden det ikke er noen tidsbegrensning.

Fin pool, men ringe service og meget stĂžj

Fine forhold i pool/spa omrĂ„det, men ingen service og alt for mange mangler og defekter. Virkelig meget trafiklarm fra den del af hotellet der ligger nedenfor hovedbygningen. Desuden meget lydt mellem vĂŠrelserne/gangen. Personalet var stort set usynlige og der var ikke nogen forsĂžg pĂ„ at fĂ„ os til at fĂžle os velkomne. Vi blev “ekspederet” - ikke meget mere end det. Fint hvis man bare gerne vil passe sig selv ved den lĂŠkre pool.

Das Hotel ist verkehrsgĂŒnstig gelegen und bequem mit dem Auto erreichbar. Vor Ort stehen sowohl kostenfreie als auch kostenpflichtige Parkmöglichkeiten zur VerfĂŒgung. Der Spa- und Poolbereich entspricht den Abbildungen: sauber, gepflegt und einladend. Kulinarisch ĂŒberzeugt das Hotel auf ganzer Linie – sowohl das FrĂŒhstĂŒck als auch das Abendessen sind von hoher QualitĂ€t. Die Zimmer weichen allerdings teilweise von den Bildern ab und können in Stil und Ausstattung stark variieren. Wer jedoch den traditionellen, rustikalen Charme Österreichs zu schĂ€tzen weiß, wird sich dennoch wohlfĂŒhlen.

FĂŒr das Geld nicht ganz dem Standard entsprechend

Ja die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. FĂŒr 170 EUR die Nacht außerhalb der Saison fanden wir die Ausstattung mit Boiler und Wanne mit Duschvorhang nicht besonders ansprechend. Das Zimmer war ganz am Ende mit einem MiniBalkon. Das Personal war durchweg sehr nett. Die KĂŒche auch super. FrĂŒhstĂŒck sehr gut. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön. Etwas wenig Liegen.

War ein sehr schöner Urlaub, Unterkunft war gut mit Bahn/Bus erreichbar und wir konnten auch ohne Auto schöne AusflĂŒge machen. Essen war sehr lecker! Gab einmal Buffet (Themenabend) und sonst Salat Buffet und 3 GĂ€nge. Beim Hauptgericht konnte man jeden Morgen zwischen einem mit Fleisch, einem mit Fisch und einem vegetarischen wĂ€hlen. Spa Bereich war inklusive und sehr, sehr schön. Zimmer waren ok, Föhn wĂŒrde ich beim nĂ€chsten mal einen eigenen mitbringen. Die ĂŒberdecke und zusĂ€tzlichen Kissen waren nicht ganz sauber und rochen komisch.

Fantastisk udsigt

Fantastisk lokation. Vi ankom gÄende og sÄ hvor hÞj stigning der var op til hotellet. Men der var en lift lige til dÞren. Dejligt. Vi havde booket to nÊtter pÄ forskellige vÊrelser , men igennem to forskellige hjemmesider. I receptionen var hotelmutter venlig og vi fik samme vÊrelse begge nÊtter alligevel. Hele pool omrÄdet var nyt og moderne indrettet. Udsigten fra pool omrÄde og restaurant var virkelig flot.

Appartement bien situĂ© pour visiter le Grossglockner en tĂ©lĂ©phĂ©rique. Belle piscine intĂ©rieure et extĂ©rieure avec solarium. Dans l’appartement le sofa convertible n’est pas du tout confortable pour dormir. L’accĂšs au balcon n’est pas pratique avec la porte qui est bloquĂ©e par le lit. Accueil correct Ă  la rĂ©ception mais manque d’information sur la localisation de l’appartement et du parking dĂ©diĂ©.

Nice Pool, Great views, Poor sleep.

Beautiful scenery. Pool was nice (and warm). One complaint though: The extra bed (converted sofa) was of such poor quality. Never tried anything like it. Just not good enough when you take the cost into account.

Skidsemester v6

Vi bokade hotellet flera mÄnader innan ankomst, efter goda rekomendationer frÄn vÀnner. Men nÀr vi anlÀnde till hotellet sÄ fanns dÀr ingen bokning, hade jag inte haft med mig min bekrÀftelse sÄ hade vi inte fÄtt nÄgot rum, vems felet var vet jag inte, ingen rolig början pÄ semestern i alla fall. Hotellet ordnade dock ett rum till oss, det lÄg 3 trappor ner utan tillgÄng till hiss, nÄgon stÀdning av rummet fick vi inte förrÀn vi gick till receptionen och klagade. Vi var hÀr för en skidsemester och hade hört att det var ett ski in / ski out hotell men det kan man vÀl inte kalla det dÄ man fick Äka skidbussen till liften och traska upp för en lÄng vÀg tillbaka till hotellet efter att man kommit ner frÄn pisten 200m dÀrifrÄn. Vi trodde ocksÄ att det skulle finnas bÀttre restaurang pÄ hotellet, men endast en enkel restaurang med nÄgra fÄ rÀtter fanns att tillgÄ. De flesta pÄ hotellet bokade nog med halvpension och Ät kvÀllsbuffe, men vi gillar a la carte, sÄ det fick bli att gÄ till byn. Vi var hÀr i en vecka och hade soligt och varmt vÀder med fina pister och mysigt tirolerliv, sÄ nÀr vi Äkte hem hade vi glömt bort den hemska ankomsten...
