In terms of amenities and value for money, Dormy Inns is easily my favourite hotel chain in Japan. The biggest plus is of course the Onsen, with suana and outdoor bath, but they also cater to so many little things: free late hour noodles, free popsicles and treats on the Onsen floor, free coffee, tea (all locations) or lemoade (some locations). I'm not sure if this is true for other hotels in Japan but I have now stayed at 5 different Dormy Inns and on average check-in has tsken 2 minutes and check-out has been 10-15 seconds.

Located in one of the most popular areas in Matsuyama, walking distance to the Castle Ropeway, Mitsukoshi Dept store and many other attractions. Easy public transport to Dogo Onsen by tram or bus. Dormy Inn a must stay in Matsuyama

Location was very close to the Iyotetsu train station and located on a very big mall with lots of things to do and lots of good restaurants. The morning breakfast was excellent but not as good as the Dormy in Wakayama but still good. Free washes with 100 yen dryer and free popsicles and drinks at the onsen was nice. Will definitely choose this place again

Tiny room but clean. The staff was very kind, but seemed unable to coordinate with the parking garage about our paid parking. We enjoyed being in the Ookaido shopping area, where there were plenty of good restaurants.

Location , Facilities and Food are nice . It even have onsen and free ramen at night. You can arrive the cloest tram station ard 3 mins which is a main transportation among the city . And it just locate in a shopping street with all kind of shops and restaurant. But what make me unremarkable is the active and warm service from their staff . During my trip in Matsuyama , I lost my wallet and that is a big trouble to me . But the supportive and caring service from the hotel's staff make me feel better and have a direction to handling that situation . They truly want to help me come over that difficuit moment . It is grateful to have such a hotel in Matsuyama
