Nice hotel/conference centre, it was quite quiet on our visit and we barely saw anyone else which was strange. My biggest complaint was that the WiFi (and hence smart tv) did not work in the room, and we were told that was just how it was. Staff were otherwise great and a nice restaurant with delicious ...

I was attending an event at the IceParc so the location is great. The room is small but adequate and comfortable, and the kitchenette is very nice. The supermarket next day is convenient. I rated cleanliness lower because some kitchen utensils were not clean; I had to wash cutlery before using.
