CARNON BEACH VILLA T4 with GARDEN & SWIMMING POOL 60m from the BEACH

Carnon, a small seaside resort between Palavas and La Grande Motte. ideally located 10 minutes from the motorway & airport, 15 minutes from Montpellier (rich in heritage with its historic center and culture) with easy access by tram 1km from the house, and the doors of our beautiful little camargue. Nearby all amenities: shops, doctors, banks, markets, post office etc .. and especially the BEACH!

The house of 110m2 with modern design completely renovated, enjoys a large living room-kitchen opening onto the intimate garden. Clim reversible in all rooms, kitchen, the villa is clean and bright. On the ground floor, two spacious bedrooms share a common bathroom with large bath and a vanity 1 sink. on the floor a parental suite with its big cupboard, its bed in 160 with memory of form, its bathroom to share with a large shower on the soil and a piece of furniture doubles basin. 1 separate toilet on each floor. Each room has its own closet.
You can choose between lounging in the garden with the pool (alarm), the BBq, the terrace and the shady lawn or go to the beach within 1 minute walk.
Athletes will find a multitude of activities in the area: tennis, kite surfing, paddle, jet ski, boats etc.
In the evenings, the port offers a wide choice of bars and restaurants.

Schönes süßes Haus! Genau so wie auf der Beschreibung. Kurzer Weg zum Strand. Alles perfekt- sehr nette Kommunikation auch mit der Vermieterin / Dame die uns vor Ort betreut hat. Wenn möglich kommen wir definitiv wieder.

Vacances reposantes et au calme

Endroit au calme et à deux minutes de la plage ! Quelques restaurants dans les environs mais nous avons surtout profité de la balade vers le port où on trouve un excellent boulanger !! Communication avec la propriétaire et Sylvie sans problème. Parking dans l’enclos mais pas simple devant le garage mais c est la faute de la voisine d en face Une adresse à recommander pour des vacances reposantes !

Das Haus war super und die Lage zum Strand ist perfekt. Es gab in der Abwicklung nichts auszusetzen - alle waren sehr hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar. Ein rund um toller Urlaub.

SUPERBE Villa

Très belle villa, très bien située, exactement comme sur les photos, d'un grand confort, avec toutes les installations dont on à besoin, climatisé, à 3 minutes de la plage, très calme, propre et neuf, que du bonheur.

Gutes Gesamtpaket

Das Haus bietet mit seinen 3 Schlafzimmern, der offenen Küche und dem kleinen aber feinen Garten mit Pool ausreichend Platz und die Ausstattung lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Bei der Sauberkeit hätte man noch etwas gründlicher sein können, hat uns aber nicht zu sehr gestört. Für Hunde ist eine ausreichende Bewegungsfreiheit im Haus aber auch in der Umgebung gegeben. Das obere Schlafzimmer ist über eine enge Wendeltreppe erreichbar und eher nichts für ältere Semester. Die Betten sind unterschiedlich groß und teils sehr weich. Das Haus befindet sich in einem reinen Wohnviertel, so dass man fast ausschließlich einheimische Nachbarn angetroffen hat. Der Strand ist schön und zu Fuß in 3 Minuten erreichbar. Ein noch schönerer Strandabschnitt ist zu Fuß in ca. 25 Minuten erreichbar und liegt Richtung La Grande Motte. Der kleine Hafen lädt zum Spazierengehen oder auch zum Abendessen ein, da hier mehrere Restaurants aneinandergereiht sind. Wer mehr geboten haben möchte, fährt mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad an die Promenade von La Grande Motte. Nach Montpellier kommt man mit dem Auto in ca. 20 Minuten und kann für kleines Geld im zentralen Parkhaus parken. Zusammenfassend war es ein schöner Urlaub und wir können uns gut vorstellen, wieder einmal diese Unterkunft zu buchen.

Schönes Wohlfühlrefugium in Strandnähe

Wir waren für ein paar Nächte mit Kleinkind und Hund in dem liebevoll eingerichteten Haus von Sandra und haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Auch in dem kleinen hübschen Garten konnte man toll entspannen. Wir haben wegen des Kindes und dem Hund nur die untere Etage genutzt (nach oben geht eine steile Treppe), aber das hat uns platzmässig total gereicht. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder nach Carnon-Plage!

Surpris de trouver un bien de cette qualité à la location, maison bien agencée, design moderne et confortable, agréable à vivre, le patio et la piscine sans vis à vis très appréciable, et pour finir l'accès direct à la plage, parfait, nous recommandons vivement !
