Old stone farmhouse typical of the Périgord, completely renovated with swimming pool for exclusive use and enclosed pleasure gardens. Outdoor games (table tennis, swings) available.
The terrace has a barbecue area, garden furniture with parasols.
The pool is 8m by 4m and 1m up to 1.70m deep and is not overlooked.
The house consists of 2 bedrooms with shower rooms and toilets. The large living room has a fully equipped kitchen area (fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, breakfast set), a large fireplace. Upstairs, a mezzanine with bench and TV corner.
