"Overall this was a decent property. Property does need a little TLC however. The sink in the 2nd bathroom was not working and the sink itself was damaged. It was raining while we were there and we woke up to water dripping from the ceiling of the upstairs bathroom and standing water in the basement. We ended up leaving a day early."

"Had an amazing stay and would definitely book again!"

"The host responded quickly to my requests. Apartment was clean. Kitchen well stocked with cooking, utensils, spices, etc. He registered my car so I coiud park on the street without any problem. Close to the Blue Line stop to take the "L" into downtown Chicago."

"J D is a good communicator and he anticipated a problem w our check out and fixed in advance. Thanks JD!!"

"Great communication from the property owner & great location for family to visit Chicago. 10-15 minute walk through a nice neighborhood to get to the train to take downtown. Plenty of restaurants, groceries, etc near to the building. Clean & good space for family of 5!"

"Room was nice and in a safe location."

"What a gem of a house for our family during my husband’s retirement week. It was close to downtown Oak Park; accessible to several parks, including 2 playgrounds; AND they had so many more children’s things than we anticipated! It was a blessing to our family. Thank you!!"

"We had a wonderful and relaxing stay, and we were able to get some much-needed rest. The place was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The only thing I noticed is that it takes a while for the shower to get hot, and the hot water runs out pretty quickly. But overall, it was a great stay. We only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it even more! We’d definitely love to come back for a longer stay next time. ❤️"

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The communication was great. Check-in was flawless. We were able to find free parking close by. The listing is accurate, and the location was perfect for our visit to Chicago. We would definitely stay again. Well-equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry, plug strips and extra bedding all were appreciated."
