Perfect location for walking and lots of activity. The room was very limited on its supplies. 2 forks for 4 people, 1 roll of Toilet paper per bathroom, no dish towels or dish cloths. No pool towels or facecloths. Staff was very nice and welcoming. You are unable to use the front entrance after 6pm so you have to go thru the garage but it is monitored by a staff member. Gym equipment and sauna do not work and pool is not in direct sunlight but was nicely heated.

Great location and decent views. BUT Condo was not the one shown in pictures at the time of booking which was a bummer. Condo was dirty upon arrival, sand on counters, floors weren’t swept nor mopped (hair on couches, dining table, etc.), no dish soap, no laundry detergent, no extra toilet paper. Main entrance of property was locked the majority of the time, having to go through the parking garage was an inconvenience. If you’re looking for a good location and decent views, it’s a good place, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Place was not the cleanest but it paid of with the nice view. The property asks for a picture of your identification which I found odd since it’s all booked through hotels.com. Once I arrived I had to wait for the property manager to send me the information on which apartment and send me the other information I needed to get in.

The place was super dusty, living room furniture in need of deep cleaning. My room smelled horrible. Found dirty boxes of Japanese food in the rooms night stand drawers.

Cleaning was not bad, but range was not working and took them 2 days to respond and replace.. There are 3 mini-splits and only on remote control working out of 2. those mini-splits have some sort of timer to shut off every so often.. so you go to bed and start sweeting at the middle of the night because it's off and need to turc back on... wfh.

Excelente lugar, lo malo es que el personal fue muy grosero, la recepcionista nunca quiso dar información acerca de cómo ingresar a las habitación, jamás proporcionó información de horario de la puerta para ingreso. De ahí en fuera excelente todo.

La verdad se ve lindo en las fotos , pero al llegar todo cambia , los aires acondicionados los tienen programados para si no hay movimiento se apagan y solo un control para los 3 aires , no duermes por estar prendiendo los aires , además que llegue toda picada de chinches , el aseo nada bueno al recibir estaban las camas llenas de maquillaje , en fin yo no volvería ahí , la parrilla eléctrica no detecta las cazuelas se vuelve tedioso el control de la tele no servía pedí cambio y jamás solucionaron nada de los problemas NO VOLVERÍA AHÍ !!

Hola The O, según sé después de mi recervacion c/pago, se me tenia que enviar un correo para hacer el check in, el cual nunca llego, mi entrada al departamento era a la 1pm por retraso en mi vuelo llegue a las 6 pm entendí k no era su culpa, en fin m tuvieron hasta las 8:23pm sin clave de acceso ni alguien en recepción para pedir información en fin, trato de comunicarme para poder arreglar y si lo logre cuando lo logro y se soluciona el acceder al departamento, en la recámara principal estaba sucia con toallas mojadas en un cajón del baño, el aire acondicionado de la 2da habitación no funcionaba, la TV no se pudo utilizar, la puerta de acceso no era segura etc. y al final de para retirarnos estaba una sra acosandonos k nos retiráramos de la habitación y entiendo pero tmb debieron de tener un poco de concideracion x lo anterior explicado todo nuestro intinerario fue alterado x el retraso del acceso

La alberca inaccesible derivado a su baja temperatura, extremadamente fría, nada tolerable. La vista al mar nada visible, muy mala la condiciones. Solo se veía el proceso de la obra y el polvo por todos lados, muy mal aspecto.

Lo malo es que la entrada es muy tarde cuando llega uno , check in Hasta las 3 y la salida check out es muy temprano las 11 am de tal manera que lo que se dice o se vende que son tres dias y dos moches, es mentira.
