"The hotel was in a beautiful location but not conveniently located to the Cefalù downtown. The shuttles they offer do not run during ‘off season,’ the children’s playground was not open/available, the food is very limited and the dinner quality was not what one would expect (especially for the price). Pia, the pool bar staffer, was exceptional. They single handedly made our kiddos stay! "

"We would have 100% stay here again! Four star luxury resort did not disappoint. The area they have for lounging by the sea is spectacular. There’s an area to order drinks and swim. It’s not crowded and the restaurant on site is delicious. The staff for wonderful and over the top accommodating. Alessio was wonderful. "Place is definitely off the beaten path, was a little hard to find in a very secluded area. But the host was very attentive, made us breakfast every morning and was always available for questions. Not a far drive from Cefalu. We had a wonderful trip. The views were amazing and the sunset spectacular. "

"They need to tell people about the $5.00 beach towel charge. They should move the restaurant to the main building with normal hours."
