"Everything was off. I booked online but when I got there there was no room reserved for me. They improvised a smaller room than what I had paid for without any remorse. "This property is located up a steep rocky/dirt road. Once you get there, the view of Homa Bay is wonderful! We were disappointed that in their listing it stated that they had Wi-Fi all over the property. In reality, there wasn't Wi-Fi anywhere. As it turned out there really wasn't Wi-Fi anywhere in Homa Bay. Our room was quite noisy as the outdoor kitchen was below our window. There was banging and activity going on day and night. Despite all of this, the staff was wonderful! They were helpful...
